31/03/2024: We were disappointed by the quality of the slightly tough red meat, which we pointed out to the waitress who recognized that we were not the only ones to notice this. Too bad the boss didn't come to see us and also make a commercial gesture.
Then we were surprised to find that the coffee comes from a Nespresso machine, for an establishment like this it is very surprising.
The wine list is excessive.
Our starters were good, the crispy pork too. Very good chocolate desserts.

10/05/2024: When the chef's hand is felt and improves a dish like the boeuf bourguignon which is already an excellent dish, when the staff and the organization of the dining room make you feel good, are attentive without being intrusive, when in short everything is excellent , then 5 stars are given. Highly recommended.
10/05/2024: Everything we ordered was very very good, the onion soup was one of the best I ever had and the beef stew was delicious.

23/05/2024: It's not easy to find, but trust your GPS. Lovely setting, quiet, well maintained manor-style. Excellent cuisine and breakfast. No English spoken, and very rigid times for meals. Nevertheless, it is worth a 2-3 night visit if in the region.

This time very disappointed, Despite an aperitif, very few appetizers, obliged to ask for ketchup 3 times for the children, the suggested wine was acidic. After discussion, holy love was good. Finally, the bill was very steep with very unfavorable value for money. Sorry, we won't be back

We had a great time and discovered fabulous flavors in the Dining Room.
I recommend the Symphony menu with the Chef's choices, you will not be disappointed.
The dishes are fine, in sufficient quantity for good stomachs and the Chef offers new flavors as well as combinations that are both surprising and delicious.
Guillaume, the head waiter is amazing, he has exceptional knowledge and a real pleasure of sharing. He was both discreet and attentive throughout the evening.
We look forward to seeing you again and thank you again for this unforgettable culinary experience.
