25/05/2024: Like many of the best places is Dordogne, chances are you are within driving distance of a fantastic eatery. Tucked away into an enchanting hamlet is le Table de Leo. Fortunately our landlady referred us and we were able to book a table. Downstairs was completely filed with a couple of large parties which allowed us to be the first seated upstairs. Calm, cozy and with windows wide open we observed the end of day activities of local villagers and children winding down for the day in the evening dusk. Our meal was wonderfully prepared, served and heartily devoured. Definitely book a table for this delightful establishment!!!

16/04/2024: Très bonne cuisine, le personnel a était très serviable et professionnel,terrasse sous les arbres tranquille et jolie cadre à l intérieur on vous le conseille vivement
07/04/2024: This restaurant is great for a tasting experience with local food. The "magret de canard" was tender and well cooked. We were very well advised with the wines to match each dish. Our 13 year old son was very happy with his "kid/teen" menu. We will return!

20/01/2024: A beautiful location, unique building with a history, and excellent service. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The swimming pool is also neatly maintained. The hosts are very friendly and take the time for you. They can also recommend suitable outings for your family, or restaurants nearby. I also had a minor accident with the car, and the host spared no effort to help me get the car repaired. Recommended!

14/04/2024: I was happy to eat the “unmissable mushroom omelette”. The salad that accompanies it is the best. Porcini mushrooms are tasteless. The homemade fries are wedges and do not appear to be homemade. My wife had a fish that was way overcooked with a butternut flan that was also overcooked. In short, a great disappointment. Only the vervice is good at this place. Initially I gave it 2 stars but the next day I ate much better, with better service and a much more affordable price. So I decided to reflect the value of the Vigiers bistro, in my opinion, instead of being nice

The service is neither good nor bad.
And the kitchen... It's really catastrophic! Overcooked fish, butternut puree with dried crust, etc.
We didn't have dessert.
For the quality/price ratio, we should be able to give a negative rating.

28/03/2024: Each time I come to Périgueux, I end my visit with this establishment. The menu is extensive, the staff is professional and the desserts are very good.
21/03/2024: This restaurant is super nice, we eat very well, the whole team is very friendly, the cocktails are delicious, what a pleasure on Saturday morning to come and drink an excellent coffee, in short I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

15/11/2023: Hotel with half board at the top meal friendly staff attentive to the customer as well as the owner of a kindness which pleases the calm and the environment is pleasant we will come back because the region is wonderful
08/10/2023: Malgré un cadre très agréable, une chambre agréable également et une restauration tout à fait convenable, nous avons été très déçus par l'acceuil. Nous avions réservé directement sur le site de l'hôtel pour une nuit avec demi pension; et lorsque nous sommes arrivés, vers 20h20, nous n'étions pas inscrits (on ne nous retrouvait pas informatiquement). Il y avait néanmoins une chambre disponible où nous avons pu poser nos affaires et attendre tranquillement qu'une table se libère puisque le restaurant était complet. On a vraiment eu le sentiment qu'on dérangeait mais tout ca a été exprimé avec le sourire!!
Le lendemain matin, au moment de régler, nous n'étions toujours pas enregistrés, nous avons donc donné le tarif de notre réservation et, nouvelle surprise, cet établissement censé accepter les chèques vacances ANCV, ne les accepte que sous le format papier et non en format dématérialisé; fallait-il le savoir.
Toutes ces petites choses nous laisse un goût amer, dommage
