Hello to the entire Oustaou team! From the memory of Auvergne, a sublime truffade, and a wonderful calf's head salad....all with a nice local red, a beautiful atmosphere and a visit to Besse full of happiness! Well done !

Great restaurant in the center of Besse. The atmosphere is quite cozy and the staff is smiling and pleasant. The dishes are very good and very generous (see the photos)! I highly recommend :)

10/05/2024: Great meal, we ate very well and for an affordable price (less than €30 for starter-main-dessert, and inexpensive drinks too). Good regional products on the plates. The place is pretty and the waitresses are very friendly.
09/05/2024: I fully recommend this establishment. We stopped unexpectedly on the road at 1 p.m. Well received by the manager. Very good service time and very good hostel-style atmosphere. Menus from 25 to 30 euros (reasonable price) and good quantities. Traditional, quality cuisine where homemade is in the spotlight. Very friendly and helpful waitress. I will note the address for next time at Puy de Sancy.
