12/05/2024: Good cuisine in a magnificent setting away from tourist places. A friendly welcome, so it’s a detour to make if you’re in this area. Once again in 2024, we ate on the terrace. The dishes are mastered and the products are local. It's excellent and good value for money.

27/03/2024: We went to dinner at this Tholy restaurant and had a great time. The welcome, the atmosphere, the cuisine, everything is perfect. From the Vosges quiche, to the shank with Munster sauce, including the incredible chef's cut for dessert, what a treat! Thank you again for this cuisine and for these reunions.

25/03/2024: A first visit for us and certainly not the last. A warm welcome, impeccable service with a caring owner throughout the meal. A small daily menu at the top, homemade with fresh produce. Small 4-legged companion allowed in the restaurant. We will return with pleasure 👍

01/04/2024: While passing through the Vosges region, our host recommended this restaurant to us. We had a wonderful evening. The decoration is cozy and warm. The pleasant sound ambiance. The welcoming and friendly manager. The dishes are original and succulent. It's an explosion of flavors in the mouth. Great value for money.

12/05/2024: Perfect family weekend. The welcome is great, the setting magnificent... the swimming pool: perfect as well as the sauna and hammam! The hotel restaurant is delicious, the staff is super friendly. Thank you all for this past weekend. Bois will be back! I recommend this hotel 100%. Go ahead, with your eyes closed!

06/05/2024: We have just returned from a short stay in St Dié. And what a great discovery! Location, cleanliness, service and friendliness of the staff! We took advantage of the swimming pool area, clean and suitable for everyone. The great park for children with animals and adapted structure. Dinner at the restaurant, we had the gourmet menu, nothing to say, everything was good! Really very attractive value for money on the entire food and wine menu! A very professional and pleasant service, and that’s also a pleasure! Room, bedding and cleanliness, really nothing to say. We had a quadruple room without balcony, the only downside (). Top breakfast, with regional products. In short, I can't wait to come back! Thank you to your teams.

11/05/2024: After a burger and fries, a night with stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting. Everything tasted very dry when I ate it and I really can't recommend it.

31/03/2024: Very unpleasant waitress, both with her customers and her colleagues. Not at all accommodating, impossible to serve a tray of fries for a child of two even though they are on the menu. Huge shredded donut not cooked inside. Nothing to do with the previous comments, has there been a change of ownership? I strongly advise against this hostel.

25/05/2024: Last minute surprise discovery... Young and very pleasant, discreet and attentive staff, gourmet cuisine, very well cooked fish and vegetables. Really thank you for this delicious moment... 2 small remarks to be even more at the top: the room resonates too much... to work on the walls and the ceiling perhaps, and the composition of the dishes not detailed enough by the staff.. But a big thank you to the small team. .we will come back soon.. That's for sure..
