30/05/2024: The Roadside Restaurant is unfortunately not what it used to be.
Qualitatively it's not good.
The charcuterie plate is truly top-notch.
I ate a sort of beef bourguignon, 3 poor pieces of meat on the plate accompanied by a box of canned vegetables and frozen hash browns.
With cuisine like this it doesn't surprise me that roadside restaurants are gradually closing.
Homemade isn’t complicated though.
