14/05/2024: Stunning restaurant and hotel. We had superb breakfasts and a wonderful dinner with fantastic cocktails, wine, food and service.
06/05/2024: Overnatter her på Floret, som er en del af en pakke cykelferie. Maden lever på ingen måde op til prisniveauet. Jeg undrer om der overhovedet er en kok i køkkenet. Prætentiøse smagt sammensætninger, som et forsøg på at skille sig ud. Det virker i den grad kontraproduktivt. På den positive side: gode lokale vine.

20/05/2024: While visiting Domaine Galevan, Coralie, the family's first female winemaker encouraged us to visit one of France's prettiest towns - Gigondas,
located just 10 minutes away. We were blown away by the stone houses, ancient chapel, bird's eye views, the town's beauty, its friendly residents and the calm vibe. We fell upon Le Close de l'Oustalet quite accidentally - gratefully a table was available. What an incredible adventure. Thomas' cuisine is both approachable and outstanding! The high-quality ingredients and seasonality of fresh produce (asparagus is outstanding!) make for a culinary celebration like none other. If we didn't have tours booked, we'd visit again this time - next trip, for sure! The Sommelier, Alexandre is beyond compare - he's gentle, kind, and passionate about his craft. His wine selections were beyond perfection. We are so impressed by the vintages we were offered - the education he brings is delicious and oh, so welcome at our table. Girondas has two new fans right over here! Thanks to Thomas, Alexandre and the team at L'Oustalet....until next time - salut! Excellente. Magnifique.

Hotel Montmirail

06/10/2023: Nous avons passé 2 nuits très reposantes à l'hôtel Montmirail.
L'accueil est vraiment chaleureux, cette belle demeure était autrefois un lieu de cure réputé.
Vraiment un cadre magique et un personnel aux petits soins : à découvrir.
03/10/2023: Endroit plein de charme. Havre de paix dans la région des Dentelles.
Notre halte habituelle dans le Vaucluse.

21/05/2024: Nice bistro in the center of Gigondas! Friendly service and good advice
21/05/2024: We had lunch last Sunday as a family at the Bistrot.
There were 15 of us for a family event.
Everything was perfect, the beautiful little terrace nestled in the heart of the magnificent village of Gigondas, the meal was excellent, the wine list was exceptional and the sommelier provided very good advice.
A great time with the family, we will definitely come back.
Thanks to the whole team.

20/05/2024: To flee ! This restaurant is way too expensive for what it is. The salad dressing is really not worth the cost but what shocked me the most was the quantity of potatoes for the price of the plate (5 cubes of potatoes I counted). Really disappointed with the seasoning of the salad which was really not good! Finally, the waiter doesn't even come to check if the meal is going well.
19/05/2024: Everything you could wish for. A perfect welcome, a menu that’s not huge (that’s reassuring). Simple, quality products. The abomasum and Provençal toast were excellent. All accompanied by a glass of very good gigondas. We were able to eat at 3:30 p.m., that was also nice.
