You are welcomed by a charming person with a huge smile, in a pleasant and very bright room. ( view the photo ) . The meal is of very high quality, both in terms of taste and presentation! The best!!!

We ate lunch on the terrace in the shade. The 3 courses of food was absolutely delicious and was one of our favorites on our trip. Our server was so friendly and helpful. She helped with some grest wine choices and although we tried speaking some French, her English was great. She covered many tables with many trips back and forth to the restaurant but was so happy to everyone. It was a delight.

Hotel Montmirail

06/10/2023: Nous avons passé 2 nuits très reposantes à l'hôtel Montmirail. L'accueil est vraiment chaleureux, cette belle demeure était autrefois un lieu de cure réputé. Vraiment un cadre magique et un personnel aux petits soins : à découvrir.
03/10/2023: Endroit plein de charme. Havre de paix dans la région des Dentelles. Notre halte habituelle dans le Vaucluse.

07/05/2024: Accueillis avec le sourire, nous nous sommes attablés dans la belle salle de ce restaurant au cœur de Gigondas. Nous nous sommes régalés : plats goûteux, belle présentation tel ce carré d’agneau, service prévenant et bien sûr une très belle carte des vins. A recommander lors d’une journée de visites de caves !
06/05/2024: This is a very special dining experience - having been to their bistro we were anxious to try their even more up-market restaurant and we were not disappointed. At the very high end of the market the food and wine did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and answered all our questions informatively and politely. They even introduced us to the head chef at the end of the night. Highly recommend this beautiful restaurant in a very beautiful French village. The Maître d speaks perfect English.
