05/04/2024: This hotel is in a great location, centrally located in the beautiful village of Seillans, with easy parking in the back of the hotel. The photos make the place look a bit boxy, but it is a beautiful historical building with a lot of charm. If you can tolerate the slanted stairs and crooked wood shutters, you'll love the vibes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Oh, and do not miss dinner there: it was one of the most delicious dining we had in our trip. Highly recommend !

29/03/2024: My favorite hotel restaurant! I happily return there every year. Everything is there to have a pleasant time. The location, the refined dishes, the succulent desserts. The decoration of the place and especially the rooms is particularly romantic. The lovely staff take great care of you. Thank you for your welcome and your kindness… and above all see you soon!

23/05/2024: Good morning, We had lunch Saturday 09/25/2021 at Hugo's in Seillans 83. The food is excellent, but the welcome and service are lousy, why? We were four adults and a 4 year old boy, no children's menu, so don't come with children. We ask if it is possible to have a pasta dish for the little one, response: we do not have pasta in our kitchen, this avoids waste, while the dish of the day was composed of taglioni, the owner does not didn't even offer it. We ask for carbonated water, the waiter brings still water. The bread basket was systematically removed. However, the bill was sent to us without any request from us. A little humility will bring these people back to earth before it is too late, because they forget that it is the pig of a customer who pays who decides, instead of making us understand that it was almost a favor to receive us . The bill was €230.60 for four adults, so a little expensive for this service. Thank you for your understanding, as this restaurant is part of the Michelin guide.
