Very warm welcome from the whole team. Authentic establishment with fresh and tasty cuisine. A smiling service from the team in the room (A big thank you to Margaux and her beautiful smile who took care of us). Bosses who take care of their customers. I strongly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful: the hotel is magnificent and has lots of character, decorated with antiques and great taste. The staff is very welcoming, professional and available. The food was also exceptional: the dinner was delicious and the breakfast very generous. The village of Seillans is superb too. The ideal place to spend a romantic weekend! We will come back 😍

I would give 4.5 stars when i could, but since there are some kinda unfair and biased reviews. I put it up to 5. When you love Hotels with their own charme, antique furnishing, decoration and you don't fear maybe not even walls or a bit tighter ways which simply happen in a old house which has his own charme then you will like this Hotel. Breakfast is more than the typical french ones, some cheese and sliced cold meats. Cereals, fruits, yoghurt and juices. Dinner (see pictures) were delicious.

This hotel is in a great location, centrally located in the beautiful village of Seillans, with easy parking in the back of the hotel. The photos make the place look a bit boxy, but it is a beautiful historical building with a lot of charm. If you can tolerate the slanted stairs and crooked wood shutters, you'll love the vibes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Oh, and do not miss dinner there: it was one of the most delicious dining we had in our trip. Highly recommend !

My favorite hotel restaurant! I happily return there every year. Everything is there to have a pleasant time. The location, the refined dishes, the succulent desserts. The decoration of the place and especially the rooms is particularly romantic. The lovely staff take great care of you. Thank you for your welcome and your kindness… and above all see you soon!

28/04/2024: Cheerful and friendly service. Fine, tasty, delicious cuisine. We had a great time.
23/04/2024: Delicious as always. Started with a Hugo Spritz and then had a couple of bottles of white wine with our food. Started with the chicken liver parfait with an assortment of pickles. Tasty and light. I tried the foie gras my friend was eating and that was delicious. Had the catch of the day as my main which came with a “reduced” soup, almost stew like. So yummy and I ate it all even though I was so full towards the end! I didn’t have pudding but tried my friend’s chocolate fondant style dessert and that was delicious, although the ice cream on top of the hot pudding might no be the best idea and it all melted very quickly.

13/05/2024: Une superbe découverte. Un restaurant délicieux à l’accueil parfait dans un cadre charmant. Le service est impeccable avec des serveurs attentifs. Les plats sont délicieux, avec une présentation soignée. Les chiens sont accueillis avec une grande gentillesse.
