01/04/2024: Hotel located 12 minutes from Part Dieu train station. Welcoming staff, very clean and quiet hotel, restaurant on site.
01/04/2024: We had a tiny room (difficult to open the bedroom door because the space was too limited), tiny bathroom with a shower in the corner not at all functional.
We asked for another room. We had a room for PMR. Bathroom to redo with a shower curtain where one ring out of 2 was missing

28/09/2023: Extrêmement mal reçu par agents de sécurité à l’entrée. Notamment le petit court sur patte qui me menace de me sortir parce que j’ai mis un casquette dans l’enceinte de l’établissement. Un service client minable et un lieu à éviter à tout prix.

18/09/2023: Very good when it was the boss who served. This time, 20 minutes of waiting for cold burgers, an overcooked steak and a small, half-empty tray of fries. Not to mention that it's always a pleasure to eat on dirty tables.
Disappointing.

24/03/2024: Arrivals at 12:30 p.m., after 30 minutes still no order taken.
We explained to the waiter that we had to leave by 1:45 p.m....around us the majority of tables were also waiting.
We were served at 1:30 p.m. for two goat cheese salads that we did not have time to finish.!
It is dishonest to accept customers if there is no possibility of serving them!
We will not come back again.
Very bad experience.

They throw your products at you on the counter I had 2 menus (desert sandwich drink) and when we asked for a bag for transport they threw it at you in dismay.
25/04/2024: I stopped by yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the quality offered.
Quality service, as much as the products. I hesitated to eat in the toilet because it was so shiny. Special mention to Ryan who was smiling from start to finish, and very attentive to my tastes

03/09/2023: An excellent little neighborhood kebab that takes care of its regulars!
This restaurant has the merit of offering a homemade spit with fresh vegetables. The kebab and other dishes (because there is a choice) are digestible, not too fatty.
Beyond the kitchen, the managers of this kebab are really good people.
I recommend !

12/04/2024: The dishes are good but the quantity has decreased and the prices have increased. The value for money is no longer there...
18€ for a small cod fillet and 8€ for a roasted pineapple (with only 1/2 thin slice of pineapple...!), it's too expensive.
It's a shame.

04/04/2024: Overall, the other reviews are quite harsh and unfair with this McDonald's which experiences huge crowds at lunchtime (next to the university). Yes, the waiting time is quite significant at these times, but that's normal... In the evening, it's quieter. On weekends, little waiting time, especially on Sundays.
Nothing to say about the quantities, the quality: it’s still McDonald’s. There is absolutely no difference with the other restaurants of the brand. Generally speaking, the employees are very nice. I often use click-and-collect outdoors - I have never encountered any particular problems. Likewise, oversights or errors are rare - and that's worth emphasizing!
The real problem lies rather in the brand overall: prices have significantly increased. Inflation...even sometimes a hint of shrinkflation.
The restaurant is clean! However, the terminals are rarely repaired, and the showers for scanning your loyalty card are barely usable. Regrettable.

07/04/2024: Unacceptable more than 2 hours of waiting for 4 calzons ordered in advance on purpose so as not to have problems and when I call to find out where the order is I am told that it still takes 45 minutes very unpleasantly and that they are don't care because they are closing the store in 2 days, no respect for customers, no value, it's really shameful 🤢🤢🤢🤢
