18/09/2023: I had the opportunity to dine at the Imouto restaurant in Lyon a few weeks ago and I was absolutely won over. I particularly enjoyed the glazed pigeon, served whole with miso yellow carrot puree, shitake pies and crunchy green beans. The pigeon was cooked perfectly and the miso sauce was to die for.
