We were very well received, by a very pleasant, helpful and responsive waitress.
Small aperitifs are offered to accompany the non-alcoholic cocktail that I ordered.
The dishes are excellent! Special mention to the Welsh, which is worth the detour. Unfortunately, the mussels were mostly very small (too bad for the mussel king). On the other hand, I chose the mussels with Roquefort, and the sauce was very good. The fries can also be served with a wonderful homemade mayonnaise.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit to this restaurant. So I advise you to test it if you have the opportunity.

Boss (not without humor) in the dining room and cordon bleu boss in the kitchen.

We had a great time and discovered fabulous flavors in the Dining Room.
I recommend the Symphony menu with the Chef's choices, you will not be disappointed.
The dishes are fine, in sufficient quantity for good stomachs and the Chef offers new flavors as well as combinations that are both surprising and delicious.
Guillaume, the head waiter is amazing, he has exceptional knowledge and a real pleasure of sharing. He was both discreet and attentive throughout the evening.
We look forward to seeing you again and thank you again for this unforgettable culinary experience.
