Service : efficace , bien rythmé et sans chi-chi la cuisine : le concept de dégustation à l'aveugle contribue à rendre le moment de partage plus fort. Un cuisine délicate, produits de qualité, assemblage des saveurs et des produits subtil , portions parfaites . l' association au vin sublime encore plus la cuisine . 02/05/2024: I find this exchange wonderful after tasting the dish and this pairing with the wine offered. The servers are sharing and listening. But let's get back to basics, what was on the plates deserves to be highlighted, textures and flavors mixed. Incredible sauces, I really enjoyed the octopus. THANKS

12/05/2024: We opted for the chef's surprise menu, of course specifying our tastes and intolerances. All the dishes from the amuse bouche to the dessert were very mastered. Beautiful combinations of flavors, local and seasonal products. An intimate setting and very good service, I highly recommend!

08/05/2024: Attracted by the few dishes offered on the menu, a guarantee of product quality, we were not disappointed. Our experience at this restaurant was incredible. The smiling welcome from Marine and Baptiste, the warm, well-decorated room, the dishes highlighting the dishes, and the dishes... an enchantment around flowers, local or regional, organic products. Flavors expertly combined by Baptiste. It should be noted that on Friday evening, the menu is a “surprise” menu. We still ask you if you have any allergies or foods that you don't like. Bravo to this couple for this concept which deserves to be known!

02/05/2024: Bon repas : galettes bien garnies quoiqu’un peu trop cuites. Crêpe duo caramel délicieuse. Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel sympathique.

30/04/2024: Very friendly creperie, very good food. Last time I had the goat's bacon pancake of the day with a pepper, tomato and basil sorbet that was killer. And the dessert crepes are also original and super good. I recommend.

30/03/2024: Very nice taste experience! Aesthetic and creative cuisine. Lots of fun for a very affordable business lunch menu. The chef is present when we leave and takes the time to chat with us. The service is well-established, the pace is perfect. The room is pleasant, quiet atmosphere, not noisy. We will come back, for sure!

05/11/2023: We dined for the first time at Buddha bleu for one of the last services before closing. Reservation by telephone on closing day (thanks for that!). We had the four course menu and were not disappointed. Good work, original and tasty! Friendly and dynamic service! Some ideas for improvement (for the few remaining days of opening): - change the name: the blue Buddha suggests that the restaurant is Asian and I think that this name is a bad choice given the cuisine offered - watch out for angry responses on the internet...no need to put yourself on the same level as stupid customers...that's a dessert - blind test too easy for a Lorraine de Nancy and an Earl Gray lover ;-) Sorry the restaurant is closing soon, we would love to go back next year! Thanks again for the great evening and good luck with the next project!

28/03/2024: Unfortunately we are only passing through the region but what a treat! Royal couscous for my colleague and trio of skewers for me with pepper salad: there is nothing left on our plates! It is a treat for the taste buds but also for the eyes with a very pretty and cozy restaurant where the welcome is warm

03/04/2024: A great discovery! I didn't know this type of cuisine and I loved the combination and finesse of flavors. From the starter to the dessert, without forgetting the wine and the quality of the service, everything was perfect! The system of small peppers which indicates on the menu whether the dish is slightly, very or not at all spicy is very reliable. And the cherry on the cake: they are very attentive to possible allergies. Congratulations to the whole team ! 🙂👏

Absolutely worth discovering. Nestled in a street where you wouldn't expect it, Deserves all the positive reviews.
