11/05/2024: Ue vraie découverte de la cuisine solognote revisitée. De très belles assiettes, très bien présentées avec des saveurs exotiques.
Une table à découvrir qui vous laissera de bons souvenirs.
11/05/2024: Improbable auberge de village à la façade antédiluvienne annonçant "spécialité tête de veau"...passée la porte, le décor entre rayonnages d'épicerie fine et œuvres en bois flotté d'artistes locaux annonce des surprises.
Et la surprise est merveilleuse ! La cuisine est fraîche, fine, inventive, digne d'une table gastronomique. Les produits locaux tutoient les produits rares issus des voyages du couple franco-Americano-mexicano-péruvien aux manettes. Madame est excellente conseillère pour les flacons et le chef vient lui même en salle présenter ses plats. Tout est fabuleux ! Poussez la (vieille) porte et entrez !

05/04/2024: We had the pleasure of coming to eat at your establishment this evening. The experience deserves to be highlighted. Flawless from start to finish, whether in terms of service, pleasant, discreet and careful. A beautiful wine list and rare thing, all the details (year, grape varieties, winegrowers) are specified. And what about the meal! 7 guests around the table and all unanimously said that it was exceptional. A big congratulations to the whole team, thank you for giving us such a delicious moment.
30/03/2024: While there is absolutely nothing to complain about the dishes (everything is of very good quality, very tasty and served generously), the service was particularly lacking during our meal.
We were seated and then “left” at our table for a good twenty minutes. We had to flag down the waiters several times for various things, the bottle of wine ordered was left far from our table, etc etc.
The decoration is very nice.
Allow €60 per person (starter, main course, dessert with aperitif and wine).

15/05/2024: Very refined Asian cuisine, the starter salads are phenomenal. Fair price on the entire menu. There is however an exception, the bobun which is much too expensive for what it is worth. I have often eaten more hearty and tasty bobun for much less money. For the rest of the menu, nothing to complain about.

23/02/2024: But what a treat. From starter to dessert we had enormous pleasure. Sweetbreads are excellent for cooking almost veal that is perfect and tender as can be. Top service. In short, a very good time for us.

16/03/2024: Estelle and Catalina are absolutely adorable and make every effort to welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The menu is original (I believe that Les Planches is the only restaurant to offer bruschettas with so many different recipes in Blois), and regularly renewed according to the seasons. The portions are generous and the cocktails are really nice! Thank you girls !!!
16/03/2024: No hesitation! Get out of the city center full of snacks, kebabs and other scams to try the experience! You will be welcomed by Estelle who will put you at ease, advise you and Catalina behind her stove with golden hands to prepare delicious bruschettas for you , copious, elegantly presented and full of flavors but also delicious desserts including revisited Tatin and ice cream, all in a cozy and warm atmosphere. We had a delicious and pleasant time. Thank you for this professionalism.

25/03/2024: We had lunch in a pleasant setting, good welcome, decent service, good value for money with the pleasure menu at 44€ even if the 8€ Beuchelle supplement seems surprising to me..
I didn't find the taste of the foie gras in the starter which was a little too salty for me.
The lamb breast was delicious, I would have liked a third piece.
The cognac flambé soufflé is excellent.
Small downside is the price of the wine (saumur Champigny) at €45? 4 times the trade price.

Quality service (appreciable because it is lost these days) and welcoming and attentive staff.
Nice setting, even if the decor needs to be refreshed a little. But it will surely come.
We will keep good memories of it (We were passing through Blois).
