04/04/2024: Very warm welcome, very friendly restaurant (friendly owner and waiter), as well as our American table neighbors, great encounters. You absolutely have to stop at this little restaurant for this famous cassoulet 😋 If we go back through Castelnaudary, obligatory stop at Ptit Moka 👍 Don't hesitate to stop there, you won't be disappointed. 02/04/2024: Superb discovery! I have been passing this restaurant regularly for 10 years, but I have never had the opportunity to stop there. From the outside, the restaurant may not be eye-catching, but don't stop there. One lunchtime we finally chose to stop there to try the restaurant, before returning to Toulouse. It was a very beautiful and pleasant discovery. Warm, no-frills establishment. Homemade, family-style, tasty and generous cuisine is served there. We left the restaurant very happy, with our bellies very full, we will come back!!!!!

10/05/2024: Nice setting in the city center, but unfortunately I do not recommend the homemade cassoulet "menu" which serves a ridiculous little salad with 5 gizzards (yes I was able to count them, there were so many), and not a cassolette but a bowl of supposedly homemade cassoulet but I terribly doubt it because of the color of the sausage: Pink! Not very Toulouse... And there were 8 pieces of fake bacon, pork rind which was not very appetizing almost as much as beans, and the dessert two poor scoops of ice cream as puny as they tasted like nothing... Disappointed... All at 30€ per menu... For the land of cassoulet, walk past this bistro....

11/05/2024: A very unusual little restaurant but the main thing is what you eat. And we enjoyed the menu. Gizzard salad and super good cassoulet. The boss is on all fronts, very friendly as is her team. We will come back.

07/05/2024: We had reserved for 2 by telephone for the evening of Monday May 6 and had taken care to give our telephone number. What was our great surprise to see the restaurant closed with no explanation posted upon our arrival. So I called and the answering machine said they were closed THIS Monday and Tuesday even though Google said they were open. I understand that there may be personal problems in life but a phone call to warn us would have been respectful on their part, especially since on Monday evenings in Castelnaudary there are not many restaurants open!!. We are very disappointed with this behavior on the part of the owners of this restaurant. We cannot assess the quality of their meals but only this concern. If you are tourists like us, be careful not to end up on an empty stomach!!

IF WE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN IN THE REGION WE WILL RETURN WITH PLEASURE, TO RECOMMEND SNS HESITATE

03/03/2024: Very bad experience, the owner of the establishment is unfriendly, a shame for the staff who, unlike their boss are very professional and welcoming, this man should change jobs he is not at all made to work in the hotel industry!!!! Perhaps, sir, you are self-conscious about your small size...

31/03/2024: We tasted tapas produced by small producers: rillette, small honeyed goat's cheese, pâté with foie gras, small toasted breads, delicious delicate wine from the terroir and happiness, located on the quay with pretty barges, make the detour without fault very warm welcome, ultra fair prices see you very soon on the canal du midi.

28/03/2024: Having stopped off in Castelnaudary with a colleague as part of a business trip to enjoy a good cassoulet for lunch, we were not disappointed. Having taken a menu for 28 euros, we tasted local products (which is very good) of high quality and the chef - very friendly - is generous with the portions of cassoulet. The restaurant is simple, without frills, and for the atmosphere I can't judge because we were the first customers when we visited and the chef explained to us that the locals often come for takeaway.

29/05/2024: Service was excellent but cassoulet was a bit underwhelming. Still, as a group, we had a great night out, especially made by our waiter.

21/04/2024: How hard it must be in high season to take care of the room and the terrace alone, the cash receipts, the drinks at the bar, the taking of orders and the dishes from Wednesday to Sunday with an elderly lady on the weekend. which doesn't help.

16/04/2024: The best by far in Castelnaudary, this undoubtedly comes from the quality of the ingredients, however we must not forget the dough it is still the main ingredient, this one at Roberto's is particularly tasty, we feel that it has well worked. In short, we enjoy ourselves until the last crumb

11/03/2024: Excellent value for money restaurant. Menu at 16€, starter, main course and dessert good and plentiful. Arriving at 2:30 p.m., we were served quickly and attentively. In short, a friendly place not to be missed!
