Having tested the various pizzerias in Castelnaudary, I find them to be the best. The dough is creamy, not too thin, not too chunky. The quantity of condiments is just enough to satisfy you. The cooking is handled very well, even after the 15 minute drive home. The pizzas are a little more expensive, but the difference is definitely worth it because they are really good 😋.
