An excellent restaurant not to be missed in the region. We came on the evening of a "Butterfly" concert and were won over by our menus and the atmosphere. A real gourmet restaurant.

A magnificent place with a view of the village of Fayence, a warm welcome. The meal was excellent with expert advice for the wine. In addition to the homemade meal, they make their own “Brie stuffed with truffle” cheeses, which is exceptional. I recommand it.

For me, after many years, it is still the best restaurant in our region. I can only recommend that everyone absolutely go and eat there. It's absolutely fantastic. This is what you're looking for, next time you're old, I'm at the best restaurant in another region. Ich ann jedem nur empfehlen, unbedingt dort zum Essen zu gehen. This is absolutely fantastic. We booked a table in the restaurant for my husbands birthday. The online booking process was straight forward and the total experience was fabulous. We took our small dog with us as this was not a problem. The food was spectacular & they catered well for a gluten free diet with homemade GF bread, the best I’ve eaten. We would strongly recommend this restaurant and only wish we could had eaten there at lunchtime to enjoy the views. We will return as soon as we’re back in the area.

Une table d'exception. Un service impeccable avec le sourire, la discrétion, la qualité, le joie d'être présent et de nous apporter le meilleur service possible. Les patrons à l'orchestration, tant en cuisine qu'en salle, secondés à merveilles par Romain et toute l'équipe (désole de ne pas connaitre vos prénoms ) . Un lieu, une table, un service...toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un moment de bonheur partagé. Merci à toute cette équipe pour le bonheur offert. Je reviendrai.

29/02/2024: We spent one night at the Moulin de la Camandoule, the room was simple but functional, we had dinner at the Escourtin restaurant, the meal was very good, well managed, the service was great!! It was a good quiet time.
