We spent one night at the Moulin de la Camandoule, the room was simple but functional, we had dinner at the Escourtin restaurant, the meal was very good, well managed, the service was great!! It was a good quiet time.

Nous avons choisi cet hotel dans une box. Tres belle surprise. hôtel très douillet, confortable et agréable au milieu de la campagne varoise. Superbe cadre. Très bien accueillie par un personnel toujours souriant et compétent. Petit déjeuner et dîner plus que parfait. Merci

Hotel molto carino, anche se forse sarebbe da riammodernare un po', sevizio attento e cortese, posizione perfetta per girare tra i borghi della Var. Ristorante di ottimo livello, piatti presentati molto bene, una bella scoperta, rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto.

Un albergo in un vecchio mulino fortificato, con un ottimo ristorante gourmet. Servizio attento e professionale. Menu francese della tradizione con piatti di carne e di pesce. Buona lista dei vini. Prezzi medio alti

11/05/2024: We found this charming little restaurant in the heart of the village of Fayence. Not only is the setting adorable but the food is incredible. Congratulations to the chef. We will come back for sure. From the setting to the welcome, including the service and of course the cuisine, everything is perfect. You can go there with your eyes closed.
