Very nice address in the city center of Castres! We eat magnificently there. Each dish as well as each wine served is in its place. We wanted to taste a good cassoulet and it was successful. Both fine and delicious, we loved it! To fill us? Three glasses of different wines discovered with a passionate commentary after each stage of the meal. What if you didn't know anything about wine? You can discover and learn to love wine in this restaurant. A real favorite 🙂

Very good restaurant, we were welcomed by the owner and frankly we eat very well there. We had a great time as a family and had a great time.

Excellent cuisine, establishment run by true professionals who love their profession. The lunch menu at 17 euros, starter, main course, dessert, wine and coffee is nothing short of exceptional.

A pleasant surprise when we have eaten without having a concrete idea of ​​where we were going. Menu du jour for €17, very good and with excellent service, including a glass of wine.

The dishes are elaborate and original. The pork loin marinated in orange and glazed with maple syrup was a nice surprise.
