We went to dinner last Wednesday evening for the first time at the Hôtel Dieu restaurant, invited by our son and daughter-in-law. We had a pleasant evening, excellent food... I was reconciled with Paris-Brest, 😉 I was not a big fan of this cake. Top service and we were able to exchange a few words with the chef, who offered us an aperitif.

Booked in advance for lunch. Wasn’t especially busy, but service was extremely slow. Long wait to order, long wait for each course. Seemed to be plenty of staff, they were very friendly, but rarely saw them outside of the bar area.
Food was fairly good, tasty, good portions, and the 3 course menu is good value at 29 euros. But individually (at 15-20 euros) the starters and main meals are just ok.
In response to the reply by Hotel Dieu: perhaps instead of using the time to write ‘War and Peace’ in reply, you could spend the time hiring sufficient staff to give your paying CLIENTS good SERVICE (Google it, learn something).

It's also very good to put your opinion on social networks, but it must be fair. Accepting a remark is not degrading even if it touches pride. You can't be on top of everything. Being humble points out that we can also be wrong, it's not so serious, it's progress.
I came it was good and good, I gave you three stars, I hope that on my next visit I could give you five stars.

Magnificent place and cuisine in tune. Not being from the region, we discovered this cassoulet casserole which we enjoyed. The service is correct, without problems. We recommend without worry.

Nice place with good quality cuisine.. but in terms of quantity it is very fair, no bread during the meal and extremely stressed waiters.. I think there is a lack of organization
