13/12/2023: Decent food but it was cold in the room. All-you-can-eat buffet €13.9 for two people and two Ice Teas for €35.4. According to our calculation, an Ice Tea would therefore be €3.80. While I see on their card that it is €2.50. So they include their tip in the bill or...? Is this a scam? So be careful when you pay, ask for the bill to check, which we forgot to do..

Room reserved with confirmation but upon arrival the receptionist informs me that it is full. I have a confirmation email but it is hateful and no respect for communication.
I will ask the group's head office for explanations. This person has no skills and above all no respect for the customer. He needs to change jobs!!
A letter will be sent this week to the group's head office so that I can have an explanation and even an interview with a senior manager for possibly an appointment with the receptionist.
What a bad image for the group!!!
