20/12/2023: Yeah, certainly it's not expensive but the quality really leaves something to be desired.
The welcome too, rather cold; They don't ask us if we want to have an aperitif, too bad; they don't ask us if we want wine, too bad; no one asks us if we want a coffee, too bad.
Very disappointed.

08/04/2024: The Valleys of Asia offer quality Asian cuisine. The dishes are tasty and well prepared. The service is friendly and attentive. A fairly large car park allows you to park quickly.
A few small adjustments could be made, but overall a satisfying dining experience.
I highly recommend !

05/04/2024: It was very good with the previous owners but what a disappointment. Very fatty spring rolls and questionable taste. Soup just water and pasta there is no longer that good taste of broth. Caramel pork meh. Cantonese rice how many services did he experience? Malgret a sake offered address to avoid from now on. Need to change cook
03/04/2024: We frequent this restaurant quite often because our offices are nearby. Today we decided to come back after Pho Mai was closed for several weeks....what a disappointment, the quantities are reduced and the quality as well. We had fried noodles with vegetables, they were bathed in oil, the sandwiches that we loved so much were smaller and almost empty...

18/04/2024: Meat not fresh, must be several days old 🤢 taste of industrial sauce. I do not like at all !!! It’s not qualitative! Dirty toilet and freezing tap water.
18/04/2024: As a Hong Konger I find the food authentic (I haven't tried the Thai dishes). The other reviews focus on the service but hey…you have to take it as a caterer/the local canteen, not a restaurant. And like many places in Asia, the servers are very laid back. It does not bother me. In fact, it reminds me of Asia 🤣 with the continuous service aspect too, which is very practical.
The skin of the ha kao is too thick but the siu mai are good. The variety of dishes is overwhelming. I prefer to come here for takeaway than Les Thermes, where it's two or three times more expensive and the dim sum is defrosted.
I hope that one day they can replace plastic jars with those made from cardboard/paper/biodegradable material.
