04/04/2024: Really mediocre (tends not very good). Very salty and uninteresting pizzas. Correct and fast service. But the prices??? It’s really not cheap! Zero value for money. I don't recommend.

07/05/2024: Welcome, service and very pleasant surroundings as usual, unfortunately the cuisine is not up to standard, for increasingly high prices. The gravelax salmon as a starter and the veal chuck parmentier as a main course unfortunately had no relief, no flavor (far too much of a puree saturated with cinnamon or allspice). As for the (excellent) desserts costing €14 (you have to do it anyway), we would prefer to buy them at more than half the price in the nearby pastry shop and enjoy them at home. We've been testing it regularly for years, but we've never really left satisfied. I will not dwell on the dishes served quickly, the starters having arrived barely a few minutes after the aperitif, which we did not have the opportunity to appreciate as it should be... It is time that at the Chai you offered cuisine worthy of the setting with suitable dressing, but above all at the height of the prices asked which obviously imply excellence and respect for the customers' palates. It's not today that you will get one or two place settings in the Red Guide...

09/05/2024: Excellent and generous pizzas! But very disappointing desserts: lemon tart which does not seem to be fresh "of the day", very light portion for a price of 9€, the lemon cream is a failure (rather compact flan than cream). The tiramisu is correct without being exceptional. Favor the pizzas on top and avoid my desserts. Lovely service but a bit of a wait. Nice setting, vast space.

09/05/2024: Good welcome, very good pizza and pasta and above all we were not thrown out after finishing our meal. So we were able to talk quietly...because there weren't many people there perhaps but we appreciated

20/05/2024: We booked one night and were very disappointed. The water in the pool is cold, the spa area is uninteresting. We didn't sleep a wink all night because of the horrible noise from the air conditioning system. Our room seemed to be just above. Avoid if you want to have a good time.

20/05/2024: Nothing to say except almost perfect. The staff is great and always caring! We had a great stay there. No regrets for choosing this hotel. We were scared when we arrived, seeing that the highway was right next to it and finally calm reigned there. The decor and amenities in the room were as described. The spa is freely accessible, no appointment or time limit. What could be better ? The bowling alley and the “disco” area are not bad too. Being Belgian we like to party so for us the party only starts at 2am, but that was just a detail. The only other thing we noticed was the pool temperature which could be a little higher. We really appreciated the fact that there were time slots for children at the spa. We really enjoyed our stay. I recommend with your eyes closed.
