09/03/2024: At least once p per month we order take-out for the whole family and every time it's always good, fresh. The staff is super friendly. When will deliveries to Collégien be great??!!

08/03/2024: incompetent and completely lost when taking an order you change contact twice, speak at the same time to the customers in the store and to the customer on the phone.. I wasted 6 minutes of my time but they lost a customer of long time!

30/04/2024: I recently had lunch at this restaurant and I must say it was just as great an experience as my previous visits. If you're looking for dishes from Asia for a delicious lunch, you've definitely come to the right place. The portions were very generous, which was perfect for a hearty lunch, and the menu offered an incredible variety of choices. Choosing from so many tempting options can sometimes be a challenge! I also tried an original cocktail, the three colors, which was refreshing and tasty. The welcome was always so friendly and the service was quick and efficient, which was perfect for a pleasant lunch break.

21/04/2024: First and last time I come. Service 0/20. They served all their customers who came after me because I was all alone and there were many others. even though we ordered the same things and I waited 40 minutes to receive my starter because I went to see the manager. But they haven't even prepared my dish yet while the people who came after me have already left. And the very elderly waiter yelled at me when he brought me my starter, telling me that they have a lot of customers and that it's like that whether I like it or not. I came to have a good time but I left this place upset. I do not recommend at all and I will never set foot there again

27/03/2024: Catastrophic: no customer reception, waiting to collect your keys at 8:30 p.m., dinner on site (30 minutes to have your aperitif with a colleague who tells you she's there when she's not), an empty buffet, bad bedding and the cherry on top the cake: barely lukewarm shower water! Several customers at reception complained about these last points. Big difference between morning (correct) and evening (none) organization

17/03/2024: It was our second stay at this hotel and after the terrible Premiere Classe Hotel next door which we have experienced in the past, we were pleasantly surprised on our first visit. But this time it was anything but bearable. The room was dirty, starting with the carpet which had large indefinable stains. According to the female receptionist, this seems to be the norm in most of the rooms. For us, this is just disgusting and unacceptable. There is mold in the shower and that is a serious health hazard. We complained and were given a new room; according to the staff, this should be one of the newer ones. This had a large stain of dried blood right outside the bathroom. Frustrated by the whole situation, we initially ignored it and wanted to spend the night there. Unfortunately, there was an English school class there during our stay that ran through the halls all evening until 4 a.m., knocking on all the doors and slamming the doors, meaning we didn't have a quiet moment to sleep. We were actually planning on spending the weekend here, but after the first night we decided to change hotels and not sleep there anymore. I only give the hotel two stars because we were reimbursed for the remaining night and so we weren't left with the entire cost. We will definitely never sleep here again!

07/02/2024: Had a very nice pizza with chicken nuggets and potatoes on the side. Kids enjoyed it. Staff were nice and helpful.

04/04/2024: I wouldn't eat here again. The food looks inedible and is cold and the staff forgets things from the order. The McDonalds looked really good from the outside, but what you get here is not good at all. In addition, you have to wait a long time until you receive your order. The prices are also absolutely overpriced. Not a recommended store.

06/05/2024: The bakery is good but the pastry is less than Citron cake. In addition, payment by credit card is a minimum of 5 euros, which is super annoying sometimes, while Cake citron accepts 1 euro by credit card. With the restaurant voucher card you can pay less than 5 euros, but sometimes it doesn't work with them. People are less welcoming than Citron cake, the saleswomen don't smile much.

03/05/2024: 3 stars because waiting in line for 10 minutes to realize that the credit card costs at least 5 euros is absurd. Why not display it at the entrance!!! Nowadays we have less and less change and during COVID we were sold enough to do contactless. Unfriendly saleswoman when we suggest she put her posters at the entrance. Otherwise nothing to say about the bakery and pastry. Everything is excellent. I highly recommend this establishment, with your wallet.
