03/03/2024: The pizzas are excellent. The pizza dough and tomato sauce are superb, the ingredients well distributed and the egg perfectly runny. We were very well received. The owner and the waitress are very friendly. The prices are absolutely fair.

05/05/2024: Disappointed by this place, our table was located at the entrance to the restaurant near the bar (even though I had reserved well in advance) with many drafts and above all very noisy.
The cuisine is hearty but of average quality, the dairy st nectaire is not very tasty.
I expected better.
The service is pleasant.

I recommend to all those who do not know the region, to go to this bar restaurant to have a little drink, a coffee... Eat... take one or two scratch tickets...

10/05/2024: Catering is a profession, and it can be learned! We arrive around 1 p.m.: “come back at 2 p.m.!” without a smile, your unpleasant tone.
OK, we wait 1 hour, we come back at 2 p.m.
At 2:20 p.m., the restaurant is almost empty. No one came to take our order, however the staff cleared the empty tables. Is this the priority when customers are waiting? You have to learn the basics of the profession...
So we left again, to eat at the bottom of the village. This restaurant is banking on its "monopoly" because it was the only one open upstairs. These people have no sense of service. When you don't know how to manage customers, you work in an office! A trip to hotel school is essential.
09/05/2024: Nous avons pris deux repas du midi en 2 jours et les deux repas étaient super.
Des produits locaux, et des plats fait maison, que demander de mieux. Les croc monsieur et les fondues au saint nectaire sont généreux et délicieux. Le service est rapide et serveuses comme gèrent sont adorables.
Une adresse à retenir à Saint nectaire.

06/10/2023: Arrival at 12:20 p.m. for two without reservation. Plenty of space available and an empty terrace. We were told very unkindly that without a reservation, there would be no place. Communication doesn't seem to be this hostel's strong point. The two poor hikers that we are left very disappointed and with empty stomachs.
04/10/2023: Very pleasant place, good local cuisine. Charolais meat with a sublime taste. Everything is cooked on site. We were 3 days in St Nectaire, we had lunch twice in this inn. We recommend

03/04/2024: From the reservation with Valentin, to the dinner with Lucie, only Camille was missing from the breakfast. A real pleasure to stay in this hotel and to be able to speak with the manager.
02/04/2024: The rooms are top notch but the person at the reception is a disaster, we are given a time for the sauna and in the end we go out because Mr doesn't remember and there are other people waiting, they make offers on service providers' sites but in the end not reservation, the swimming pool is supposed to be a calm place but in the end children diving and screaming I have been waiting for this weekend for a long time...too bad it was more than wasted

This casino really has the potential to become a very nice place to which we would want to return very often. ..

27/10/2023: It must be a new owner because the name of the restaurant has changed. In any case, very warm welcome, a delicious truffade followed by a faitsselle with blueberry coulis and blueberry tart for a very reasonable price.
