The ingredients are cooked before being put on the pizza and not just placed raw to go directly into the oven, like the others do most of the time, and you can feel the difference. Every time I want pizza, I go to them. I highly recommend !

The products are good and the limited choice of pizzas is in no way a problem, all are delicious, quickly prepared and just as quickly eaten. 22/03/2024: We are regulars at La Pierre and on several occasions we have had dinner at this restaurant, raclette, fondee, a la carte... today at 8:00 p.m. we went to order 2 pizzas to take away and they took our note and told us that for 10 p.m. Ok, well, we make time, anyone who knows the season knows that there isn't much but hey, if you have to wait, you wait. When we went to pick them up at 10pm he told us that the oven had broken and that he didn't have our pizzas. We have asked him if he would give us anything to take and his response was that he had nowhere to put it. We told him that we had nothing for dinner and since we had a dog we couldn't dine inside nor did he have anything to offer us to take away... obviously, we won't be back. The rest of the places were already closed. We didn't want any luxury, oysters, just dinner because we made time until 10pm….
