24/05/2024: For me, this restaurant offers the best pizzas in Metz. This is unfortunately its only positive point. The service leaves something to be desired, the waiting times are interminable, and the room is often noisy... each visit to this restaurant reserves its share of surprises! The latest: we had reserved for 9 p.m. When we arrived, the waitress informed us that that evening, it was “on the terrace only”. So we sit outside. Second surprise: the terrace is not lit! So we ate in the dark, unable to see our food, or the people at our own table. Although the waitress explained to us, after we asked, that this was due to the adjacent construction, a word of apology, an alternative solution, or even the possibility of moving us inside would not have been helpful. was refused. It's a shame that the service isn't up to par, because the pizzas are excellent!

10/03/2024: Bring some gaviscon or maalox! As soon as our lunch finished, my husband and I felt difficulty digesting... almost 24 hours later I was barely able to swallow anything else... great indigestion. However the waitress is professional. The pizza maker..... a tip: put up walls around the pizza oven, to prevent customers from seeing him pull a face and hearing him swear that he has work to do! 17/02/2024: A truly pleasant experience at Visconti in Metz! Known for so long, the change of owners seems to have brought a great improvement, especially in terms of customer service. Maddy demonstrated professionalism and sympathy, providing a fast and efficient service. Little touches with small aperitifs offered, always careful to know that my meal is going well. It's so nice to be well served and considered as a customer, even for a quick lunch like today. Well done to the whole team and good luck!
