29/02/2024: Each time the same observation; one of the waitresses is unpleasant, no response when you greet her, she addresses the customers as if they were disturbing and reading the comments we are not the only ones to notice this.... The reception is however the basis of commerce.... For us it's over and we will go elsewhere anyway we always pay more in Beaurains than in the other Subway 🤷

11/05/2024: Wow, try the Smart menu...2 cheeseburgers/wraps/mcfish and a small fries and a drink for only 5 euros! It's great that there are reusable cups and chip containers. Finally McDonalds takes responsibility! (Of course partly forced by the EU). Easily accessible and friendly staff. It's a shame that a staff member was smoking on the terrace. Of course it is legally allowed, but this is really not possible!!!

05/05/2024: Very dirty restaurant, no one in the room to clean, Sunday evening, 7:30 p.m. there are food residues on all the tables. Trash on the ground, employees pass by an empty box for 10 minutes, no one picks it up. Washing your hands afterwards must be a real chore. While waiting to pay for the order, you just have to look up to see the deplorable state of the kitchen, with papers on the floor: an employee's fall is to be expected. Of course there are items missing when the order arrives... The trash cans are largely full, or even overflowing. Restaurant (if you can really call it that) to avoid, other fast food restaurants are right next door and more serious.
