Products not fresh, resulting in food poisoning for me and my friend.
In addition, the servers are really not welcoming or polite.
I don't recommend it!!!
For the price, we expected much more qualitative services.
We won't come back again.
12/03/2024: The dairy, a Lambersartoise institution that I had the pleasure of rediscovering on this gourmet evening of November 18. I will remember several things from this long taste parenthesis: first of all, an extreme pleasure on the plate, for my part on the basis of the very exhaustive land/sea menu, then a downside, that of the Alba truffle supplement, of which the diaphanous slices came to envelop my already delicate scallop, and whose added value seems to me to be slightly usurped given its price (+20€...It's still almost the price of a good entrecote and fries ®) But in the end, a fairly exceptional customer experience (even if the atmosphere of the bar side room is a little cold with a lack of light which must be corrected) with a very interactive team, an invitation to visit the kitchens, the brigade and - highlight of the show - of the restaurant's cellar, especially a clear (and not feigned) sympathy from chef Edouard Chouteau, an undeniable talent and "future great" announced by Gault et Millau, with all due respect... if I note: on the plate: 8.75/10 - for me it is in the star. Obviously, here we can't talk about price because at €650 the bill for three guests you don't come with a pinch on your wallet 😉

05/04/2024: Coming with friends for a birthday, we were disappointed. We choose a moscowmule as an aperitif and there is no more gimgerbeer. We took the time to choose our dishes and 3 of us chose the turbot.
When ordering, we are told that there is only ONE left. who will get it? We decided on the scallops with broken truffles. Not seeing or feeling the breaks, I asked and was told that the truffles would arrive the next day, Friday.....
We had chosen the main course dessert option because we were very tempted by the Carpentras strawberries with white chocolate and when we ordered our desserts, we were told that there were no more available either.
That's even a lot of unannounced LACKS in addition.
A disappointing experience which is very surprising in a restaurant with a usual good reputation
14/03/2024: Très agréablement surpris par la rapport qualité prix. Le repas était vraiment bon.
L'exercice laisser un peu désiré par le manque d'expérience des serveurs
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour déguster d'autres plats.
Je recommande cette table!

31/03/2024: Disappointed and shocked by the spicy remarks of the boss who, when asked for an explanation on a dish, replied that the northern dish comes from the north, it could also have been a recipe specific to the region.
I won't go back there.
11/03/2024: A warm place where you feel good
Having become a regular for several months, whether to eat or have a drink there.
I found the place really interesting and attractive and indeed I was right.
You will have an excellent time there with a attentive and caring team,
With a menu that can suit everyone (special mention for the Flemish pork cheek stew.)
A place which in summer increases its potential with its very pretty terrace.
The prices are correct.
A place that beautifies the town of Lambersart.
I don't regret having set foot there and I would come back.

18/04/2024: Lamentable!
I arrive at 7:35 p.m. and order two (2!) pizzas and a bottle of ice tea (I specify “a large one”).
Already the cashier is taking a long time to enter my order (3 items, it's true, it's really complicated!) I watch his fingers move on his screen for almost two minutes, it looked like he was playing Rachmaninov on a mini piano. He ends up asking me my first name for the order and I pay.
Then the wait begins. At regular intervals, orders are placed by telephone, which are answered "within 10 minutes", "within a quarter of an hour". I wait kindly. After 30 minutes I start to get impatient and I try to catch a look to indicate my impatience. The stares back are impassive. Finally, after 45 minutes, someone seems to realize I'm there and asks me my first name. My order had been ready for a while and was slowly cooling. Very annoyed I ask for my drink, they give me a can. I say that's not what I ordered, and they tell me that's what was recorded. I'm fed up, I take the can, the two boxes and I leave. “SIR, DID YOU PAY?” Of course I paid, when ordering!
The guy catches up with me in the street "are you sure you paid?" As a change, I paid by card and for once I asked for the ticket (which I almost never do anymore). In a rage I search in my pockets and end up finding the famous ticket which I stick in his hands before leaving.
By the time I got home, the pizzas were cold and "icing on the cake" (or not...) the (organic) olives advertised on the menu were only there to look pretty on the menu but certainly not on the pizza...
Summary of the experience:
- no excuse for waiting and forgetting
- no excuse for cold pizzas
- no excuse for an incorrectly recorded order
- thinly veiled accusations of attempted theft
- a (cold) product that does not conform to the card (who is the thief?)
LAMENTABLE!
18/04/2024: I didn't get the right order even though there was no one there, a few pizzas on the screen.
The pizzas were not cut or is it pre-cut and you have to finish the work? 👎
