27/07/2023: Première fois que je visite cette établissement et honnêtement rien à dire j’ai pris les gnocchis au gorgonzola et noix. Un délice cuisson assaisonnement et sauce généreuse ! Le patron souriant et agréable comme le reste du personnel. Je vous conseille fortement cette adresse ! Force à eux pour la suite 💪🏼

En cherchant un restaurant sur Mèze nous avons craqué pour le menu à 31€ qui était plus qu' alléchant . Et nous n'avons pas été déçus.
Feuilleté de fruits de mer et soupe de poisson en entrée puis entrecôte ( qui d'après mon conjoint était excellente) et duo de moules et encornets farcies et en dessert une petite coupe limoncello pour aider à digérer. Le petit plus le limoncello et le get offert par la patronne , une personne très agréable et sympathique et tout ça avec vue sur le port ❤️❤️❤️
17/05/2024: Perfect! Another wonderful meal here that cannot be beaten! The staff are so welcoming, the service is first class, the home cooking is beautifully made and presented, the atmosphere is cosy and enhanced by the location - on the edge of the Etang de Thau. My wife and I both chose the quiche - surely one of the best starters in the world! - and for our main meal my wife had a whole sea bream and I chose the cod with aioli sauce - both mouth-watering! To Marie-T, Michel, Pascale, Fred the chef, and Manon our server - thank you all for providing us with such a memorable experience. La Rive Gauche remains one of our favourite restaurants that we've ever visited and will hopefully continue to do so for many years.

The dishes are elaborate, varied and tasty! the service is adorable and we had a great time! What else do you want ?
The rain prevented us from enjoying the terrace, which was very pretty!
10/12/2023: With my family we had lunch for 🥳 my birthday at the hostel. Unanimously we all found the welcome and the service both discreet and warm. The tastefully decorated setting. As for the cuisine, I have had 3 stars and many 1 Michelin stars and this restaurant is in line with the quality of the products and the culinary art. Well done and thank you.

The costs ?? Tanning and having lunch with your feet in the water is priceless!!

01/04/2024: Rude owner. We came to 5 people to eat during the Ramadan period. The owner welcomed us in an aggressive manner. My friends are angry but for my part I cannot accept such aggressiveness from him even if the boss was young.
My friends loved the meal but for my part I do not accept this lack of respect when we arrived.

The couscous was very good. Nothing to say. Maybe a little lack of spices to be picky. The pastilla on the other hand was very good. Outside, there is a large patio where it is very pleasant to drink tea! Very beautiful setting!

Very good level of welcome, service, dishes, room decor. This restaurant is a real gem run by a lady serving and a gentleman in the kitchen. The passion for the profession shines through throughout the evening, there is a desire to do well so that the customer leaves with a few stars in their heads. They deserve stars!
20/03/2024: Do you want to have a good meal in Hérépian? Go to l'Ocre rouge. We were there for Valentine's Day. Excellent meal, warm welcome and magnificent setting. An excellent evening.
