17/12/2023: Very good restaurant with quality products. Even our 2 teenagers aged 16 and 13 enjoyed the beef fillet..we appreciated the effort made on the presentation of the dishes..just a small downside, on the somewhat fast service (which in no way takes away from the kindness of the staff.) and on the decor of the restaurant which deserves to be a little warmer..we had a pleasant time with the family..I recommend if you are passing through Laval..

27/03/2024: Once again La tavern remains a very good address in Laval. Seafood platter, peasant sauerkraut, Burgundy Aligote... Make a dinner an excellent evening. The welcome and service are exemplary with a special shout out to Alex who handled our requests to perfection. Address to order without moderation.

24/03/2024: The meals were very good, the establishment very pretty. Unfortunately the servers were very urgent. As soon as we had been served we had to go and pay the bill. My friend's plate was taken away even though it was not finished. Certainly we were at a large table but the dishes were served cold. We are paying for a service that was not provided. We were told to go and pay 3 times even though the coffees were still not served at the table. Service to be reviewed. However, the establishment was pretty.

13/05/2024: Came on a Friday evening for 9 people for a birthday. Waitress not very friendly, the meat cooking was not good (requested blue received rare, requested rare received well cooked) also the burgers were cold, the dessert not great only the whipped cream was good. When the desserts arrived, including the birthday one with the candle, 2 people were not at the table, I think the waitress could have checked before bringing the desserts that everyone was there too we didn't hear the music which was very weak. When we go to checkout we are charged full price for the cocktail kids even though it is stipulated on the menu included in the menu with a supplement of €2. As a result, the children did not have a drink included in the menu nor their surprises.

11/05/2024: We came this afternoon (2 adults and 2 children). We wanted to be on the terrace but after several minutes we asked to come back inside because we had underestimated the intensity of the sun. The waitresses took our request with a smile. We were served very well, the dishes were very hot, we are delighted. Everything was perfect
