20/03/2024: Very warm welcome, the cuisine is excellent with good products. For my part, the service was OK. Making reservations is recommended.

20/03/2024: A nice little local restaurant who is capable of welcoming our group of 18 people, reservation and choice of menu needs to be done before hand of course. Food was delicious, staff was friendly but the service was a bit slow.

04/04/2024: Very tasty food and a cozy atmosphere, even if it looks inconspicuous from outside. The boss is very attentive, nice, helpful and has good sales talent. His service is also very courteous and discreet. Price-performance ratio is good.

Typical decor, friendly and smiling service, excellent starters, main courses and desserts! 😍 Small bonus for the wine which was very good too. 08/03/2024: A treat for the taste buds! The staff is smiling and welcoming. A great discovery of the cuisine and places, the Souply establishment is an obligatory stop if you are passing through Châlons en Champagne. Fresh and quality products.

08/05/2024: We loved the atmosphere, especially with Diego the parrot coming to say hello as well as the flavorful food. Special mention for the Argentinian meat, tender as indicated on the menu. A delight !

06/04/2024: Discovered last night. Gourmet and generous dishes, smiling, impeccable but relaxed service, we don't even wonder why it's full, this restaurant fully deserves it. Beautiful wine list, all budgets. On a lively square and a little away from Place d'Erlon, we don't regret the 8 minute walk. A real fun evening. 31/03/2024: We’ve been to Le Crypto twice now and it has remained at the top of our dining list in France. The service is friendly and accommodating to novice French speakers, the price/quality is excellent, and the variety of offerings is really great. We recommend trying the locally produced rataffa (spelling may not be correct!) with dessert.

24/02/2024: First time in this restaurant for the Valentine's Day meal, the same evening. Very friendly staff, excellent meal with exquisite and very generous cuisine.

23/02/2024: The meal was truly excellent, with remarkable quality and careful presentations on each plate. However, our experience was slightly tarnished by the less than warm welcome from our waitress. In addition to her lack of smile, she neglected to wish us a bon appetit, which is a basic requirement in this profession. Additionally, we are still waiting to have the opportunity to share our opinions on our starters, main courses and desserts since she never asked us, only content to clear. We took the initiative to raise this topic at checkout, and the response we received surprised us. We were told that the waitress only returned a smile to those who gave it to her. This remark was more than inappropriate, given that we were completely courteous throughout our interaction and even tried to make her smile. Despite this poor service, the rest of the staff were cheerful and pleasant, and the meal was truly delicious. We recommend this restaurant provided you find the right waitress/waiter.
