Indeed, the cold welcome and the 40-minute wait before being able to even order an aperitif or have the menu strongly discouraged us for the rest of the meal. Too bad for a first impression.

Restaurant with refined cuisine using fresh seasonal produce.
Impeccable service.

24/05/2024: Nice surprise despite the uninviting storefront. The dishes are generous and tasty, very good and fresh. A waiter's outfit would add a more refined touch to this restaurant. We will surely come back.
24/05/2024: Very good food, very good service (although a very casual outfit lacks a different outfit). The brand conceals the qualities of this establishment well. The plates are hot when they need to be (well done!). We will return.

12/03/2024: Restaurant is probably the best I have experienced in France. I’ve eaten in many of the top restaurants in Paris, and I prefer this over any of them. Just great food. I can’t recommend it enough. Hotel is in 400 year old building and rooms are small with lots of character. Probably the steepest spiral stairs I have ever seen, to get to the rooms.

03/05/2024: Nous connaissions avant le changement de propriétaire. Nous n étions pas venu depuis. Je trouve que les galettes et crêpes ont perdu en qualité. Le service est devenu aussi beaucoup moins rapide. C est dommage nous aimions bien cet endroit.

Perhaps a small downside, the room on the right was a little noisy but this is probably due to the population and not the restaurant. Nothing too bad.
We enjoyed ourselves and yet find it easy to criticize.

The experience was very pleasant, thanks to your welcome and the entire service, but also to the inventiveness and quality of the dishes and products served.

Rents must have increased in Atool Angers.
Less and less on the plate in this restaurant visited several times..
An ordinary double blue burger, but you have to look for the taste of blue…
The low attendance leaves plenty of time to do well and yet... lukewarm burger, lukewarm and undercooked fries and even the coffee was almost cold... like the weather everything was bland and not very hot!
In short, absolutely nothing to remember from this lunch!
