05/05/2024: It's been a few years since we've been back to this restaurant, and we should never have gone there! Reservation for six people (family and friends) staff already a little special and not necessarily friendly! Only one sentence that they had to learn by heart: “yes but it will be extra!! » To start with my daughter who spilled her drink, the waiter kindly looked at her, while waiting for our orders, but did nothing to wipe the table or change the placemats. It was our turn after 30 minutes, we asked to change the placemats. Of course, we were kindly told that if he ordered a drink with syrup, it would be charged! A board, aperitif ordered for €18 with pâté in two colors (pink and half green!) as well as the bread served with it, we see, although the products are not fresh and not of the day! Their dish and not tasty at all! The green beans looked like they were plastic! and to top it all off, a big black hair on my son's plate!!! In short, we cut it short, we didn’t even have dessert! Arriving at the checkout, I get two offers, either the free children's menu or -15%, apparently their manager did not find the 15%, but that the children's menu offered was necessarily more interesting for them!! When I got home, I took a good look at my Customer account, and I had the -15%, a lot of negative things in a short time in this restaurant that we won't see again! Word of mouth goes very quickly!

05/05/2024: Hostess, very kind, smiling and helpful. The waiter 🤦 no polite words. We waited ages for our dishes. We had to signal to the waiter to get our dishes, once in front of the table "yes, that's why"? We felt like we were annoying, yet he passed our table about ten times. Serves the dishes but leaves us with the dirty dishes from the starter until dessert.. doesn't even bring us cutlery for the dish.. and puts the table next to ours for the next day without disinfecting it.. covered and very dirty plate.. never seen before and yet I am also in the hotel - catering industry

06/04/2024: It's been forever since we've been to the Buffalo...And there 🤩 excellent surprise, very warm welcome, very good service, friendly waiter, really nothing to complain about. We'll come back.

06/04/2024: Simple and efficient, very fast service. Average meat quality, but acceptable for the price. Lots of cover so quite noisy but very family atmosphere.

The only place where you ask for an order number when a simple ID card is enough but searching for a name on their application remains complicated for them it seems! Given the atmosphere in this store we really don't want to make a purchase there and especially not to return...

31/03/2024: A fan of the place for many years, I would unfortunately not return there again...arriving at 2:20 p.m. to be seated friendly by the boss and a regular waiter then to be downright attacked by the waitress of the area who without hello speaks badly to us saying that the kitchens close in 10 minutes... we reassure ourselves by saying that we only want a board that we hurry up and not happy speaks badly again, sends his colleague to serve us instead... in short we left he was out question of agreeing to be treated like this! really a shame because the team is friendly but this person is unworthy of the place Edit: following my comment we saw the management of the restaurant who contacted us the same afternoon. They apologized and offered us our next meal in the restaurant...so to conclude special mention to the management and most of its employees...really a shame to have had this experience because of a simple person!
