03/04/2024: We were seated in the small room to the right of the entrance. The atmosphere was warm, the service friendly and the meats on stone very good (we had the duo). Good choice of restaurant for our little weekend.

The food is very tasty there.
The meat on slate is a must-try.
Impeccable service. Very kind.

30/03/2024: New owners since Friday. Very friendly atmosphere, beautiful view of the lake. Impeccable, smiling service and very good, generous dishes. We highly recommend!

21/05/2024: Living in Les Rousses, this is the 2nd time I've come. And like the first time for me it's not that. Offering meat with pepper sauce without being able to separate the two so as not to have the sauce, it's fishy and unheard of (this comes from the waiter I said from whom I asked without sauce, training problem?). Morel pasta, Rolls-Royce of mushrooms, which have no taste, you have to do it especially in the region where they make morel crust very well. In short, as friends who also live in the region told me, to avoid and it's a shame because the place is charming. Reception a little cold, without friendliness.

All that remains is for us to taste once we return to the south. (I wasn’t going to come to the region without taking cheese, sausage and a bottle of wine ☺️)

05/04/2024: Mythical hotel straddling Switzerland and France. I spent one night in a very cozy room, too bad the pretty waitress didn't join me ;))
Otherwise we eat very well on the brasserie side. The only downside is the slightly light breakfast.

20/05/2024: Welcomed on May 20, 2024, at the restaurant for 4 people, where we enjoyed a delicious Comté fondue with cold meats (including a great Corsican ham) and a veal sauté that was as hearty as it was delicious. We thank Nadia for her kindness and the whole team for this good time.

Refined place and hosts with careful, original and warm decoration of the restaurant and breakfast room.
The cuisine is varied, with perfect cooking and preparation, accompanied by judicious oenological advice.
The chalet is cocooning, superbly decorated and comfortable. Comforting spa under the stars
Superb stay despite the absence of snow.
Magnificent walks and varied activities around the hotel within a radius of 30 km.
