26/05/2024: Former regular at this restaurant which I love! We went back there recently for an event and I was particularly disappointed, the pizzas and food are still just as good, but the prices have increased considerably... the service was a little cold and not very welcoming, we were told that the restaurant no longer takes reservations for tables of more than 6 people unless we were sure of the time and the number, which puts a little pressure in the event of an unforeseen event... Not to mention the number of rules that we receives when booking online… Without forgetting that if our appetite is not up to the size of the pizza and we want to bring it back we have to pay extra…. In summary, rather disappointed with this great restaurant…

26/05/2024: Probably the best pizzas in the area with quality products I love this restaurant it is beautiful and everything is good even if it is a shame that the delicious avocado toast is missing. As for the cost, I will not allow it to be judged, being in the restaurant business, I know that the prices of raw materials and products are extremely expensive. However, the small downside is the incalculable new rules when booking and taking orders. If we have a small appetite we can't just eat a starter (which are delicious, and a dessert so we have to have a pizza which we can bring back of course small novelty we have to pay for the box too bad... the owners are very pleasant but when they are not there the atmosphere is no longer the same our last group welcome was "borderline" for my taste. Lack of humor from the staff who politely make us understand it. We feel moderately wanted in the place. . But hey, that won’t stop me from going there because the cuisine really is exceptional.

28/12/2023: We spent two days in Azkain and had dinner on the first day. They welcomed us in Basque and the pizzas were very delicious

06/04/2024: After having lunch in a group at this restaurant (so as a customer), I came on a Saturday evening to take away a dish other than a pizza (although the other dishes were not very good): Deplorable welcome by the girl from the boss in an empty restaurant (on a Saturday evening only one table occupied): no commercial sense or kindness: dry and curt responses, even insolent and ill-mannered, to a simple question: "if you don't take your meals away, can I give you a container? » like other restaurateurs who had the intelligence to accept after negotiation and who were not shocked by this proposal... FYI: in many other pizzerias nearby you can take everything away and you are well received! And I hesitated before coming back since the summer… following a humiliating welcome from the very aggressive boss, who shouted: “we are full!!!” if we dare to sit on his empty terrace... His responses to the comments here are proof: no excuses... and what's more, he invites you to come and talk with him: the height of it! So: customers are there to eat, shut up and pay and then only give positive comments. Otherwise he rushes to say that it's all lies because he can't stand the Truth. And when he tries to make it disappear and we maintain the comment, he thinks it’s relentlessness. Read the negative comments carefully which are identical to mine… In addition, he manipulates his friends and customers into posting a positive comment to counter mine. Everyone did it at the same time: in a single file...probably at the table together, and he thanks them by greeting them, supposedly... This manipulation is prohibited in the regulations of G... Moreover, the other restaurateurs do not seem to be particularly inclined to appreciate it, for various reasons, including closing at 9 p.m. subject to ridicule among them… (and I laugh with them)… but not the young customers who can no longer add another pizza ONE minute after 9 p.m. while They are already seated for dinner because they are told: “the kitchen is closed!” A shame…

13/05/2024: I come regularly in the evening for business trips and I'm never disappointed, very nice pizza, Linguini to try and the slate where you can find good surprises, the menu is provided and the presentation of the dishes as well as the taste are up for grabs. I'm not talking about the cellar where the choice is very interesting, good tasting at the Mona Lisa. Very nice location, especially on sunny days where the terrace overlooks the Nice and close to old Bayonne..

11/05/2024: For an order of six pizzas, we were greatly disappointed by the service. Several points bothered us. First of all, the pizzas are not very garnished. Then, when we arrived, only 5 pizzas were ready instead of 6. In addition, one of them was partially charred. Finally, we asked for a pizza without mushrooms, which in the end had them, a very important detail. because one of the people suffers from a mushroom allergy. To conclude this review, do not order here, the price is not worth the service.

07/05/2024: So it’s funny!! We love this restaurant, we go there regularly and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is good, the staff friendly, very nice pleasant terrace, but so!!! Being a regular customer I don't know what's going on 😂 we always have the same table 😂 the one at the entrance against the bay window, is this to attract customers by our beauty 😂 😂 😂 (of course I'm joking ) Very good restaurant.

27/04/2024: I'm not the type to belittle when it's good it's good but here the pizzas are really smashed on the ground, no welcome, a POOR way of speaking to customers. No positive vibes, when we come home we already feel the heavy atmosphere. We don't want to go back!
