05/04/2024: Visiting Maxime's in Paris is like stepping into a classic painting, though the prices might make you think you're funding a new wing of the Louvre. It's a place where one half expects Toulouse-Lautrec to critique the cost of dining with his characteristic wit. Yet, the wine list is a delightful journey through vineyards that almost justifies the bill.

30/03/2024: So perhaps we were wrong but firstly the eggplant mille-feuille was cold we sent it back it came back and when we cut it it was dry and bland a dish to heat basically the truffle legs don't have no taste and too much cream and the worst we were served the squid in a chipped plate, Otherwise in terms of service it was impeccable it's a nice restaurant the atmosphere was special mention for the bartender Axel nice meeting, In short we We are disappointed, we had a lot of expectations.
30/03/2024: My visit to Guise Trattoria in Paris was a delightful culinary adventure. The pizza was absolutely delicious, featuring a perfect crust and just the right balance of toppings. However, it was the gnocchi that stole the show - each bite was heavenly, making it a dish I'll remember for a long time. Service throughout our meal was commendable, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Although there was a small hiccup when my son's request for a second Coke Zero was overlooked, the overall quality of food and the warm atmosphere more than made up for this minor oversight. Guise Trattoria has proven to be a standout choice for those craving authentic Italian cuisine in the heart of Paris.

24/05/2024: Worst reception of my life as a real racist, I wanted to eat with friends. I arrived before them, I go towards the 2 waiters between the waiters at the back who stare and don't even respond to hello and another who comes towards me singing dja dja in reference to Aya nakamura. Super embarrassing Unfortunately you are in a bad place, I would be the last black woman to be treated like that in your home.
21/05/2024: Pleasant. Don't hesitate to eat there. Very good daily menu. Reasonable price.

13/04/2024: We ate at this restaurant twice on a recent trip to Paris, as we love Italian food and it was really close to our hotel. We can’t fault it. They fitted us in on both occasions without a reservation. The pizza was one of the nicest we’ve had and we could see the chef carefully preparing it in the kitchen. The pasta was also delicious, as were the desserts. Between our family of four, we tried the margarita pizza, the gorgonzola pasta, the spaghetti bolognese, the tomato and burrata salad, the tomato pasta, creme brûlée and panda cotta, and all were lovely. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

09/03/2024: Don’t be fooled by all the haters and negative comments. Americans in Paris love to leave bad reviews because they didn’t get their dish on time or didn’t get the red carpet rolled out for them. This is and will always be one of the greatest most legendary restaurants in the world .

11/05/2024: We were refused because we did not have a reservation.. I imagine rather that it is because we have a facial appearance which did not come back to the physio
11/05/2024: Very unfriendly staff and food was not that special considering the high prices. It is also mandatory to leave a tip, while we had to ask for a menu card ourselves after waiting half an hour. Ordered a coke with Jameson. The coke came after we finished eating.
