30/03/2024: Very good meal, I really enjoyed my plate of pasta. However, our service experience was not as satisfying as the meal experience. Indeed, one of the waitresses (ponytail and red polo shirt) was not very friendly. It was very cold and dry and was way too quick to take orders, sometimes even forcing us to consume more. It's a real shame because the restaurant itself is really good.

01/05/2024: We ordered 2 calzones to go. When I arrived, in addition to a cold welcome without a smile, there was an error in the order and I had to wait 25 minutes standing (without an offer to sit down or any other kindness for that matter) the time that they remade the pizza (knowing that the other remained cold on the counter while waiting) I was asked to pay more than what was displayed on the menu and the result was €31.80 for two calzones instead of 29.80. Important detail as I only had €30 on me at that time. So €1.80 was missing. In addition to the wait, their mistake, very unpleasant staff and a price error, they bother me for 1€80 and they don't want to let me go! This is the first and last time for us, fortunately the competition is not far away and much better. Ps: This whole thing about making a burnt pizza again.

23/03/2024: A great evening in a legendary place in Strasbourg. On Frank's advice I took the carbonara pasta as a suggestion which is not the carbonara pasta on the menu. I thought I was in Italy, a treat! My husband had a cordon bleu, the plate was huge! Thank you for this moment and especially to Frank who took good care of us despite a rather full room!
