28/03/2024: Arrived at 12:35 p.m. for lunch with a friend, it took almost 15 minutes before we saw the waitress arrive to take our order Around 1:15 p.m. finally our plates are placed in front of us Salmon tartare, fried salad Both of us are used to this dish, we take it with pleasure in the restaurants where we eat Today we ordered both Visually the dish is already quite poorly presented, no aromatic herbs for decoration When I stick my fork in, the pieces of fish are so big that I have to re-cut it, not to mention the huge, whole capers mixed with the salmon. As for the taste.....I am disappointed my tartare has no taste, no personality...luckily I ordered their famous charmelcia sauce I almost emptied the sauce boat on the tartare I, who wanted to try this restaurant since it opened, am very very disappointed, not sure that I will return there. The staff is almost non-existent the food takes a very long time to serve I will think twice before going back

28/05/2024: To the attention of the big businessman franchisee behind this restaurant, I ordered yesterday, May 27 around 8 p.m., a menu with 6 nuggets, I received 3!!!! I pay for 2 Chinese sauces and 2 mustards, I get just one poor creamy deluxe!!!!! my small order a happy meal, delivered with 2 books and 1 toy but a maximum of 6 potatoes in the package... should I conclude that, for lack of nuggets and potatoes, you compensated for that with toys? Without even warning me? At the price I pay for my nuggets per 6 and the happy meal menu? Ok the little one is happy, but you are serious thieves, this is not the first time that things are missing from your bags, sometimes even from the happy meals when we come here as a base to McDonald's to make fun for the kids!! It really seems like your business plan is to steal your customers by saving on every little thing, I'm disappointed. I swear to you, next time when I receive an order I will block the line and not move forward until I have finished checking my bag from top to bottom, counting every single nugget in my boxes to share, every last fries from the package, looked inside the happy meal and even counting the number of sauces and napkins, all just to waste your time and money, exactly the way you treat your customers.
