I made a last minute reservation on the fork with a 20% discount Arriving a little early, the manager told me that it was full and that she was going to refuse the reservation. There was not a single table occupied at that time! I express my annoyance and she mutters that she is not going to mix customers with the fork and the others. Madam, if you don't want customers from the fork and even less with a discount, don't put yourself on this platform!! I remembered after checking that I had already come to this restaurant a few years ago for lunch with the fork and that the manager (probably the same person) had made a remark to me that it was not necessary to book via the fork but directly because she paid commissions… Finally, I had a quick dinner in the area and when I passed this restaurant again I noticed that it was only half full at 8:45 p.m.… Brief terrible customer experience
