29/03/2024: The hostel seems to have good quality cuisine but I won't be able to confirm it, I left after 30/40 minutes without even having had an aperitif while people who have barely arrived have their aperitif in the second... So I don't want to hear "we were overwhelmed" I was so non-existent that they couldn't stop me from leaving because they didn't see me. Is it because I came to eat alone? I do not question the other opinions but I am not made for this establishment apparently. I left without even asking, I was too much and they made it clear to me....

05/04/2024: Meal at the bistro. We ate off the blackboard menu. Starters: - Half a cold potato topped with 4 small pieces of herring - 3 half eggs with 2 salad leaves. Dish: Minced veal with a small ramekin of barely warm green beans. For dessert: two flognardes (which were not). For me it was canteen cuisine, absolutely not worthy of a so-called gastronomic bistro.

24/03/2024: Only for the restaurant. Always as tasty as ever, a complete journey with increasingly exceptional tastes as you taste the gourmet menu! A grandiose finale with dessert! And yet I'm not a fan of desserts! Extra service A place full of different atmospheres! Finally.... exceptional! The price ok.... but it's well worth it! No complaints! Thank you for this dream moment!

09/03/2024: I only rate the gourmet restaurant. The hunting evening costs €190 per head! If I compare with another well-known gastronomic restaurant “le centenaire” The wines are truly superb Patience, doe caviar tartare a real treat The greasy brioche bun? For what ?? And then real bread for the rest of the meal but average, if I compare with the centenary and their different choices of rolls + homemade butter, it's a bad point for the chapel The pie! Sublime nothing to complain about A lot of research and innovation can be too much. I didn't taste the crayfish, the truffle added flavor but not taste. The royal hare dish, the very strong sauce ruined everything... Really too bad the meat must surely have had a taste. Top cheese and dessert So for the price which is higher and by a lot I compare it to the centenary restaurant which was faultless. I'm quite disappointed, I was really expecting another level, an explosion of flavors and that wasn't the case for all the dishes

10/05/2024: This is a basic place in a small square near the cathedral. We had a galette each followed by ice-cream coupes from the wonderfully old-fashioned selection on the menu - I had nougat ice-cream in mine which I have never met before. Topped with what was probably artificial cream from an aerosol. The galettes were very good. Fillings were very good too, but with a little too much stringy cheese. Accompanied by a salad of leaves with an unsubtle dressing. Not gourmet food, but we did not expect that. Fair price.

05/05/2024: I ordered on a Friday evening in this very nice restaurant with the color of Brittany! The service was fast and the server was very friendly. Top quality value, for very good quantities I recommend!!

01/04/2024: Lunch for Easter Monday 🐣 restaurant full but welcoming staff and top service. We even get an appetizer before our menu. The dishes were beautiful and delicious on magnificent plates. Impeccable service with very smiling and friendly staff. Well done 🍾
