06/04/2024: Lovely restaurant right under the Tour des Bouchers with traditional Alsatian cuisine. I had the calf’s head with sauce gribiche and my wife had the seasonal asparagus with 2 hams and 2 sauces (sauce gribiche and house made mayonnaise). Portions are very generous. A nice Riesling in the glass to pair with the food.
Service was brisk and professional. Lovely atmosphere both inside and out.

01/04/2024: Only Alsatian cuisine: very good choucroute. Real flavors and a scent of sauerkraut that inebriates you as soon as you open the door 😅 . Warm atmosphere, friendly and fast service. Fair price for these parts... what more could you ask for? Vote ...top!

The rooms are spacious and pretty.
The breakfast is very complete and delicious, the hotel restaurant is also very good, you eat good dishes typical of the region.
We will come back with pleasure!

EDIT: I went to the wrong restaurant, it was the one in the town of Tosse. My apologies to the white horse of Ribeauvillé
09/05/2024: Terrible and very aggressive server. If you don't like your job, change it. Whether you are tired or in a bad mood does not stop you from remaining courteous. We won't come back that's for sure.

19/04/2024: We went to eat at the wine fair, the meals were good, our server was very friendly as were his colleagues.
On the other hand, it is intolerable for a boss to be hysterical with his employees, shouting service for everyone to go join him and then he talks to them like nothing and especially not in front of customers. So Mr if the restaurant no longer finds employees it is often thanks to disrespectful people like you. If you can't stand the pressure, go see a psychologist or a coach, but respect your employees...
