Accueil au top (petit attention pour son anniversaire avec une bougie sur son dessert), repart très bon et raffiné. Personnel très sympathique. Ne pas hésiter à réserver, nous recommandons cette table. Et pour couronner le tout, très bon rapport qualité prix

Le chef est excellent (comme son apprenti pour le dessert) . Très bon rapport qualité prix . Nous conseillons fortement. Franchement une belle surprise. On y retournera.

08/05/2024: If we could give a higher rating we would. Excellent food, extra attentive service, very good advice and sharing their taste experiences. We came the evening of our arrival and 3 days later we did not hesitate to come back.
07/05/2024: Great restaurant! Super chill and interesting industrial atmosphere. Staff was present and efficient. The star of the menu was the steak with foie gras, the pork ribs were ok but not remarkable.

05/04/2024: The hotel has been very well renovated, it is very nice, pretty and stylish. The fact of going to get water from the fountain and no longer distributing bottles is understandable in view of the climate issues, however there is no longer a bar and that was sometimes appreciable. Parking is always very practical, however, as a hotel guest I still find it a little excessive. In any case, hotel very well located, 2 steps from the aquarium. The breakfast buffet is varied and very good. I recommend. Welcoming staff.
01/04/2024: The hotel has recently been extensively renovated. It's a very nice renovation.
The hotel is perfectly located: right next to the aquarium and the maritime museum and a 5-minute walk from the old port and old La Rochelle.
The rooms are clean and pleasant (beautiful decor with the renovation). The bedding is impeccable.
The breakfast buffet is very complete and of very good quality.
A special mention for all the staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning staff) who are extremely courteous, always attentive to customer needs, always smiling, always available.
In short, a very good 3-day stay in a Mercure of very, very good quality in all areas.

04/04/2024: Regulars of the place but absent for a long time we rediscovered Tonton Louis. Rejuvenation of the room and the buffet...
The welcome is perfect.
For the buffet everything is fresh.....but a little too cold.
Slightly overcooked langoustines and spider crabs should be drained
Otherwise everything is fine, restaurant recommended.
We will come back to this.

04/04/2024: Surprised..the manager accepts customers until 9:30 p.m. but they have to leave at 9:40 p.m. 😂 the kitchens close OK but the service staff must leave too..I have rarely seen this principle in these restaurant chains..well, meal quick but not bad that's already it (we had a move that day) maybe one day we'll go back there but really in troubleshooting
