One of the new servers is awesome, funny and helpful. On the other hand, the one who often runs the cash register (I'm not talking about Louis) has a lot of progress to make...
From 1, he runs the cash register even though he doesn't know how to count... since he arrived we've only had problems and there's always one person who pays more than the others... (knowing that we divide fairly ).
Secondly, he's really nonchalant, no smiles, no jokes... it seems like it annoys him to be here.
From 3, the dosage of the cocktails is not strong at times, the glasses are loaded
Just for him, I put 3 stars so that he really improves...
19/03/2024: Very nice musical atmosphere for St Patrick's Day. The mojito lived up to our expectations.
On the other hand, disappointed with theflamenküches which are ordinary with a very thin dough which looks more like burritos. We liked the waffles for dessert. Top notch welcome and service.

20/05/2024: Bel endroit bord de la Marne, joli parc, accueil agréable, repas succulent, personnel aux petits soins, gâteau sur mesure car nous avons réservé pour 14 personnes à l'occasion d'un anniversaire.
Allez-y sans hésitation.

Paris in 38 minutes by metro from hotel
Delicious food, more than enough and especially delicious coffee
Swimming pool, beautiful terrace with a view over the lake
Friendly staff
Cleaning lady did her best

17/05/2024: I stayed in this hotel for almost a week, on the occasion of a very dramatic event.
Despite my recurring "sadness", the welcome was really warm and caring, and I would like to particularly highlight the kindness of Nelvin's, who was a true love throughout (even if the other teams too!!).
I can't comment on the site so I'm doing it here: thank you Mr. Nelvin's!!
(Otherwise, big + for the restaurant, and the location :))

The staff is very commercial! Heated baby dishes! We accidentally dropped a drink on the plate. Both were changed at no additional cost.
We'll come back!
16/05/2024: If only I could put ZERO!!! Arrived at 6 for lunch at 12:30 p.m.…. 1 hour later still no dishes. We get up to leave and the dishes finally arrive. No flavors not well presented.
In short, definitely not to do

The decor is very nice but it's not clean.
The all-you-can-eat vegetable bar was empty,
There were no fries, we had to wait until the end of the meal when they put some back.
The toilets are not accessible.
We wanted to change a baby's diaper, but we couldn't.
The door is blocked by a table in front and inside...there are all the fake plants in rows.
I didn't think the fact that there was no one there at 1 p.m. was a sign of a bad reputation. I should have read the reviews first
