22/05/2024: Superb experience and moment at the Poisson d’or! This restaurant is a real gem that you have to try! Congratulations to the chef, his teams in the kitchen and in the dining room! Short but effective menu with regional wines that pair perfectly! We will come back with pleasure!

15/05/2024: A l'occasion d'un anniversaire de mariage nous avons réservé dans ce restaurant. Et nous en sommes bien heureux ! L'expérience a été formidable. Bon accueil, belle salle à la décoration contemporaine et aux tables espacées, carte des vins extraordinaire et des menus à ravir les papilles et à créer de l'émotion ! Menus découvertes originaux qui proposent une suite de plats tous plus succulents les uns que les autres. Saveurs mélangées harmonieusement et jeux de textures judicieusement gourmandes. Un pur moment de plaisir délicat. Nous avions choisi la formule de vins au verre adaptés aux plats. Là aussi, ce fut fabuleux ! Le service a été à la hauteur des plats. Je pense que ce restaurant offre aujourd'hui le meilleur rapport qualité prix de la région. Merci pour cette ce beau et bon diner ainsi que pour ces moments d'émotions gustatives !

02/05/2024: Sommes allés déjeuner un midi en couple ! Nous avons eu de la chance car ce restaurant affiche souvent complet le midi . Parfait , bel accueil, personnel souriant . Bon rapport qualité prix .

Hyggelig betjening, god mat og god valuta for pengene! Ikke lang ventetid, god veiledning på valg av vin til maten. Hvis jeg skal tilbake til Macôn, så blir det nok et besøk hit igjen!

02/04/2024: I have been coming to this establishment for several years. What happiness!!! The card is renewed often. The staff is gracious and the dishes are typical of the region. A very nice list of desserts and very pleasant tasting of local wines. This year, disappointed with the makeover of the building... Where is my Mâconnaise house with its grand staircase and gallery?? The warmth of the place is lost in the new rooms that open. Servers get lost in all these shared tables. The water jugs look really sad with all these limescale stains. I was a fan of this restaurant but the Mâconnaise soul is no longer there... Really a shame...

31/03/2024: Last night I had an incredible experience at l’Ardoise restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff friendly and attentive, and the food exquisite. I tried a delicious salad followed by one of the best piece du boeuf I have ever eaten, accompanied by a delicious bed of potatoes. The wines that accompanied the dinner were perfect. To finish, we enjoyed an assortment of cheeses and an irresistible chocolate moelleux. I will definitely come back! Highly recommended
