However, a waiter told us that the price only included the food and not the service, even though the menu clearly stated that the price included the service. We paid the bill as it was brought to us and that's it. Maybe he thought that since we were tourists he could trick us...

05/04/2024: Nice quiet place to sit and have a coffee in Paris amongst locals. Fairly priced coffee with outdoor seating and service, waitress also tempted to have cocktails for happy hour but we had to dash for the survival of our bank accounts.

30/04/2024: I’d give them 6/5 if possible. The most incredible authentic French cuisine in the coziest restaurant. We did the “Chef’s Surprise” and the chef himself came out to explain what everything was. The staff was so kind and it couldn’t have been a better meal. Wonderful! Amazing!

On the other hand, a little disappointed with the experience: we had reserved for 4 and the table was not ready when we arrived (even though it was a weekday lunchtime when we had to return to work afterwards). The boss made us wait standing for 20 minutes and no commercial gesture to compensate for the wait, too bad

02/04/2024: It is a less well-known church than Notre Dame and Saint German, but no less beautiful. It is located right in the heart of the Latin Quarter and this determines the fact that it cannot be admired in its entirety from the outside, only a little from behind but still not well. But once inside the show is guaranteed, it is truly a gothic masterpiece. Absolutely not to be missed.

09/05/2024: What a nice surprise to come across an authentic restaurant in this touristy area! A beautiful menu with local and fresh products beautifully told by the waiter who obviously knows the dishes very well. We really enjoyed the Yvelines cheese platter, a treat! We will happily return to enjoy it again.

08/05/2024: We ate at this restaurant at noon and had a very good experience. We ordered a plate of mussels and a fondue. The mussels were normal but the fondue with mushrooms was spectacular, we loved it. The fondue is served to you at the table and they put an individual plate with potatoes and a slice of ham, and they also bring you a basket with bread. We loved the place and if we returned to Paris, we would repeat in this place. The waiter who served us spoke a little Spanish so we were able to communicate perfectly.

I'm impressed that they took care of every single thing and were so attentive😊 I came here because they had onion soup, and the onion soup as well as the escargot and burgignon were so delicious that I ate it to my fill! I hope many people come and enjoy it🙏🏻

04/05/2024: Voila 50 ans que nous sommes des habitués des lieux, du restaurant, alors qu'elle déception fut de ne pouvoir avoir pu Bruncher dans ces lieux, clientèle bas de gamme et mal habillée style jogging gris ... un buffet détrempé a 15h, sans aucun intérêt et surtout pas représentatif de la Tour d'argent, tout ca dans un bruit infernal sur des tables bancales et pas dressées, pour le chic et la tradition on repassera, c est très triste pour moi d'écrire ce commentaire, ils le savent j'ai aussi voulu leur donner mon avis, sans réponse de leur part...( meme en message sur l'insta de Mr Terail.. ) peut être sont ils satisfaits de leur nouveau concept, très bien, je ne peux qu'écrire cette épouvantable et triste expérience ...:(( nous n'avons pu rester.. 2 étoiles parce que mettre 1 étoile a la Tour d'Argent quand meme ce n est pas possible ...

03/05/2024: Before discussing the dining experience: Make sure if you are using the website to book that your credit card is processed; I made reservations a month in advance, guaranteed the reservation with my card and upon arrival was told that it was cancelled due to nonpayment. Luckily I had my phone with me and was able to show them the e-mails. I do not know what the problem was, but it was quickly resolved, and we were able to enjoy our visit. We did not have one of the tables by the window, but still had an excellent view of the panorama of Paris. We began with champagne, of course, and a consultation with the Sommelier. He was very knowledgeable, of course, but we did not appreciate that. He asked multiple times whether a bottle he had recommended was too expensive for us. Obviously, if we are dining in this establishment, we are not doing it on the cheap. I will not review the entire menu of our meals, for that would take too long. My brother ordered their classic menu while I had the seasonal one. Suffice it to say that everything was delicious and the highest quality. We both enjoyed the duck, which is famously the specialty of the house. It could not have been better. The servers were very professional and efficient. Do not expect them to be friendly, that is not their job. They appear out of nowhere, do what needs to be done and then are gone. My brother and I agree that the cuisine and experience were worth the visit. As to the price - you are paying for the history of the restaurant, the beautiful view and the army of staff as well as top-quality cuisine.
