14/04/2024: Great evening with great actors! Just a small remark on the length of the meal due to late guests.... as for the Languedoc 100/100 Sirah red wine served in an unlabeled bottle, the sommelier must not have tasted it before... too bad!

16/01/2024: This gentleman sold me (expensive!!) apparently correct firewood (although not covered) and which turned out to be completely rotten... It's very dishonest! Shame on him...

07/01/2024: I used it on my honeymoon. Many people rent a car, but you can also go by train or bus from Paris and have someone pick you up. It's a quiet place where you can feel the history and countryside, and I was able to experience a different France than Paris.

03/04/2024: Still excellent. The mastery of flavors, the freshness of the cuisine, the combinations of textures make this little restaurant a gem to discover and rediscover. And always a special mention to the friendly boss.

19/05/2024: We ate very well and the service was impeccable. However, we are unlikely to return. Indeed, upon installation we are told that we can absolutely adjust the existing pancakes to our taste. We asked to exchange one ingredient with another on a pancake from the table. They come back to us announcing a small supplement (exact term used by the person who served us), we accept for lack of another choice to our liking. Unfortunately when paying it is in fact an additional ingredient charged at full price… Same fight for dessert, we ask for an extra scoop of ice cream on top of the crepe which is already at full price, we were charged the price of a scoop as if we had taken it in a cup as dessert alone. Frankly limited practice, we didn't appreciate it at all. It's a shame because the rest was really very, very good.

30/03/2024: Warm welcome, pleasant and smiling owners despite arriving at the end of service. Dishes very balanced in taste. Special mention for the watalappam which is a great culinary discovery (it looks like a revisited crème caramel but it was so much better). Thank you for this good time.

30/03/2024: Everything good everywhere. Generous Lyon-style cuisine. We enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert. We will come back there during our next stay in Saumur. Special mention to the very friendly waiter.

30/03/2024: Since my Argentinian husband has been in France, this is the best meat he has eaten. And I confirm! You can really taste the meat from there. The rib eye steak was very tender. The empanada was also very good, the meat was really well seasoned. The dessert was also very good. Small downside: I didn't like the decoration which was too simple. It would be worth adding a South American onda to make the restaurant even nicer! :) We will come back!

28/03/2024: Meal entirely in line with the expectations of the place, we ate Burgers, a roasted Camembert and a smoked duck breast with pleasure, the slightly spicy sauce was original and perfectly seasoned our dishes, the welcome was warm and professional. I strongly advise.

26/02/2024: Nous y sommes allés avec mon conjoint pour le déjeuner. Nous avons extrêmement bien mangé. Les produits sont frais et de saison avec une carte des vins locaux. Une expérience à renouveler !!!
