We had a great time, here at the Auberge du Val de Loire the appellation maître restaurateur takes on its full meaning, the dishes are tasty, sophisticated and made with fresh produce. The atmosphere of the restaurant is chic and calm, far from the hustle and bustle of the big city, despite the fairly close road (which we cannot hear at all). The service is also very good, we were well received with a nice touch of smile which is welcome. The only point of improvement that I would give concerns the serving time of the dishes, which we found "too long" despite the low number of people in the dining room, perhaps this was due to the reservation of the floor by several people ? Anyway, this restaurant is excellent and I recommend it! 4/5⭐️
