23/04/2024: It's a basic hostel. We were received by a lady who was quite cold and closed off, a shame for the 'hostel' atmosphere because she was the only one who was there. A lot of advertising on local food and it most certainly is, however I think that the prices are not very consistent with what is offered (proportions, presentation, table service). We had dinner, of course it's the start of the season and we were alone, but in a small annex room with no background music and the temperature was a bit fair. A tray was served and presented to us, the dessert was placed in a fridge. The lady told us where to find it but without introducing it to us, which is a shame because it was very good. For the rest we were alone so asking for water was impossible. Lunch is OK, the jams are clearly homemade and very good, cheese and cold meats the same. The room is ok, we didn't have soap in the shower and the beds were separate despite the fact that I didn't check this option on the site app plus the radiator tap whistles in the middle position of the setting . The decoration is quite basic, almost reminiscent of school accommodation. There are relaxation areas, a very good point for families or people who want to relax in games or reading. I recommend this hostel for its location in the valley, it is a very quiet and natural place. The rest I recommend a little less, perhaps the lunch meals or just the fact of coming in high season could improve the quality of service of this hostel.
