20/05/2024: We ate at the restaurant with my wife, and it was very disappointing! Catastrophic service, disappointing comments, and all that for cooking. Very poorly received, I absolutely do not recommend the restaurant. The servers are incompetent!

20/05/2024: What a disappointing experience! On paper everything looked good! The map is beautiful and the setting is really nice. And finally the service is not professional, the dishes are not seasoned. But the worst is yet to come ! Ordering rare meat it comes at the right time, a mistake can happen, there's no problem. We asked for a return to the kitchen but the waiter insisted, assuring us that it was rare. But rare meat bleeds, that’s the principle, so I stand by my position. But the waiter comes back asking us to cut the meat in the middle because it must be rare there. But still not bloody, sorry! He then announces and well “we’re going to make you blue”. Needless to say, another waiter comes back again saying that it's rare. I explain to him that I'm in the restaurant business and that it's not rare. He then leaves annoyed, announcing that the meat will be blue. I'm looking for something to show him the difference in photos, maybe it will speak more! And there is an incredible response from this dear gentleman “I don’t care”. Finding this absurd, I responded calmly and was yelled at in the middle of the other customers with big gestures by this haughty and contemptuous gentleman. Screaming his “I don’t care”, “if you’re not happy you just have to pay and leave” among others. I am not a fan of the customer being king, however the customer must be respected and regardless of the establishment, as a general rule people must be respected. The meat finally came back announced as blue but in reality very rare. Cooking to be reviewed, seasoning also and service in general. Dear sir, if you read this comment, your job is mine and I think so, I have a lot to teach you, including the difference between cooking and respect for your customers!

20/05/2024: Annecy Le Vieux city center. Very busy parking lot due to a wedding. Restaurant parking difficult to find. Beautiful building. Beautiful stones. Reservation for 8 people. Upon arrival at 1:40 p.m., the server was very urgent and insistent on 4 occasions to place the orders. The 5ect we were leaving! Poached eggs should be served lukewarm except they were served cold. A replacement for one person was made, the 2nd attempt was successful. These two factual misunderstandings will lower the rating of this restaurant by 2 stars for service. Fortunately, the rest went well. Value for money: high prices. 517 euros including tax for 8 people including 6 adults and 2 children. A la carte with a red wine at 100 euros. The presentation of the dishes is very good. Correct service timing. Very visible understaffed restaurant staff for service. Taste aspect of very good quality dishes. Just a doubt about the poached eggs which seem to be bought already ready... Correct atmosphere nothing more, television x2 present but turned off. No background music. In summary : Beautiful address. High value for money Lack of staff Difficult easy parking Average service and atmosphere
